The owners (and administrators) Nang Thao and Moualee Thao are thieves. They make the personal care workers sign the paperworks for mileage billing and never pay the PCWs for travel mileage. These mileage money belongs to the PCWs. Nang and Moualee bill the government the maximum money for mileage travels for each PCWs. I hope the government tracts them down and lock the both of them up. These people are crooks and deserves to be in prison.
Not only do they steal money from the mileage money but also from the clients themselves. For example, if the State of Wisconsin approves 24 hours for a client for a personal care worker to help the client with his/her daily living activities, owners would take off 8 hours and only give the client 18 hours. This would mean that they would keep 6 hours from the client. This is extremely illegal because the hours approved at the State level is strictly for the clients and should not be tampered with or deducted from the client. I hope the FBI raids this home care agency. Very corrupted.
The worst thing is that they were stealing not only from the State of Wisconsin and the PCWs, but they were stealing from their own partner, who happens to be Nang's father. If they can steal and embezzled money from Nang's father, they can steal and embezzled money from anyone. I truly hope that they get locked up for the crimes that they have performed. Nang and Moualee both claim they live and uphold the values of the Catholic churches.
