Terrible Experience. Will not return. Minor repair lasted 6 weeks! No explanation to the duration. We were not a priority. After the repair I rotated the tires and could barely remove lugs with a 3ft breaker bar, I cant imagine my wife would have had any luck if she was stranded without service.

Mike Fawcett worked diligently to find exactly what I was looking for in a new Blazer! High Five to Robin Potts for getting the financing exactly where I wanted! And, to the entire dealership for always making me feel like family whether I am in to buy, or just stopping in for routine maintenance! Love you all!!

I enjoyed working with the people at Fredericktown Chevrolet. As a business owner myself I appreciate a soft sell from my sales people. That was how we were treated. We knew what we needed and found what we wanted quickly. The salesman and financial section was great to work with.

As always, the service department at Freddy Chevy goes above and beyond! I was struggling to get the correct parts for my automatic lift hatchback that I thought I could replace myself. I stopped in on my way home and they offered to order the parts but then found they had them in stock and they immediately put them on as well. You won't find better customer service then the experience at this dealership :)

Prompt salesman responses to texts and emails prior to arriving at dealership. Upon arrival I quickly met with the salesman and we got busy negotiating.Purchase of truck was without hesitation thanks to the very fair trade offer I received. The red carpet service continued as I went on to meet the other sales team members! Without a doubt Freddy Chevy will be my first stop for any future truck purchases! Thanks!

After visiting several dealerships I found the vehicle & price range I was looking for at Fredericktown. It was a far drive for me but worth it.. Jason helped me in my process treated me with the most respect and professionalism. I found the vehicle of my dreams all thanks to this dealership!
