Nice dealer, competent staff but I find it quite unacceptable the fact that I bought a car, serviced before delivery that after 340 km practically all on the motorway, already needs 1 liter of oil ....
Brought to my mechanic, who confirms the absence of leaks but simply a serious lack of oil.
I doubt that the service was actually done

I buy a van with 8000 km like new, I arrive and the vehicle has one of the rear sliding windows broken (it does not close like the one on the other side, also after leaving I discover that it opens by itself with vibrations), I notice it and I point this out to the seller Alessandro, he takes it to the body shop, solving nothing; He reports it to me claiming to have fixed it and with extreme wisdom and arrogance he continues to argue that the window is perfectly functional and that it was we (2 mechanical engineers) who did not know how to close the window (among other things it opened by itself and that of the other side we were perfectly able to close it) but he continues undeterred. At the end I say I want to speak to the owner, after an hour of waiting no one arrives. I leave in the rain with the van and the broken window hoping that the guarantee from the parent company will pass me the repair.

Perhaps in front of a customer a little more correctness in the presence of a EVIDENT DAMAGE would have been better, the impression was decidedly negative, people who once received the transfer don't give a damn about the customer.

For the rest I wish you the best of possible futures.

In response to the owner's response:

Curious is the fact that I realized that the window did not work because I began to do a fatigue test and not because the van arrived with the window open (not completely, but detached from the seal); the fatigue test if in case it was done by your body shop before our eyes. Also the owner was present and the salesman told me that he was with another customer (not on his lunch break) and that in half an hour he would be free.

However, if you want to be right at all costs, I leave it to you, I don't care, I can also take away the negative review, only you made me nervous; I can also give you back the 30 euros of diesel used to come and pick me up at the station.
