Rooms are very large. Staff are accommodating. Serves breakfast buffet but with limited choices (but I'm okay with this, minimal food waste). Rooms could be cleaner (especially under the bed and furnitures). Stayed for 2 nights and I got a complimentary upgrade, fresh fruits, and chips.
Very nice hotel but if this hotel can upgrade breakfast meal, it makes clients satisfy.
Internet is very stable and fast.
Staff are also very kind.

Love Fraser series hotel everywhere around the world. The room is so great with big kitchen. However, this time the hotel we stayed in is a big room with very tiny shower room. Their breakfast was very impressive and so delicious.
The best choice to have your intimate parties and gatherings as they offer good choices of units and rooms with great amenities that are all very well-maintained. I loved their rooms here. Its spacious and very stylist too. Elevators are quite a challenge sometimes since some of the are not functioning well.
The room was spacious and was almost complete. Checking in and out was the only process that I didn't like here. I think in total, we were at the lobby for 60mins.
Excellent location with lots of shops and eateries nearby, gracious staff. Good breakfast, huge rooms (apartments, really) outfitted with everything you might need.
Busy area but practically silent rooms.

Cool location, courteous staff, nice morning view from room 1906, spacious room/unit, too. Funny how the room is good for 4 but free breakfast is only for 3 though. And their savory pancake is a let down so don't order that.
We booked a room on the 3rd floor for a team building activity. They gave us a unit with 2 huge rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, great kitchen and nice TV. I just didn't like how the AC wasn't cooling the living room enough although there were 2 of them. Since there was no one on the neighboring unit, we didn't distrub anyone and had no complaints but beware if you make too much noise the neighbors will report you to management and a guard will be posted outside your unit. One last con was the Master Bathroom. The shower area had a really old design and The shower head was weird. see pictures.
Came to pick-up something. A friend's friend from Riyadh stayed here for vacation. Place is really clean and decors in the reception area is beautiful and staff are courteous
