One time in class, a professor asked one of those "raise your hand if you've heard of ______" questions that are commonly asked before diving into a new topic. As always, some students raised their hands half-way, hesitant in their own recollection. What came next was likely a lifetime of waiting for the perfect opportunity. Hell, maybe the professor became a professor for the sole purpose of having the opportunity to make this joke. He said, in the exact words that I will never forget: "Okay. I see some hands and I see some Parkinson's."
And that was the best moment of my college career.

I spent four years here. The food was pretty good, the decor was appropriately minimalist and utilitarian, but the service was definitely hit or miss. The professors were fantastic, the administration... not so much.

9/17/21My son graduated in May. I will miss visiting this campus. It is located in a safe community. (Parenys you'll sleep well at nights). The young adults are nice to each other...it's like they've found their people/tribe.

I attended the I2E2 conference at Olin College this summer, and the experience was truly transformational! The administrators and faculty at Olin College are genuine and transparent in their catalytic support of educational transformation within other institutions. I believe that Olin College is a case of punctuated equilibrium in the evolution of engineering education, and their pedagogy is already impacting engineering education and practice around the world.

Undiscovered gem of a college. You want to be a big fish in a small pond. This is the Engineering college for you.

Amazing students here with great ambitions. The education method is completely different from the classic engineering teaching. The food court here is huge and awesome, don't expect Indian or Asian food here.

Great place to improve your Ultimate skills. They have disc golf too if you want to branch out a bit.
