I worked here as a shipper for a year. Felt bad about abuse in all forms. I later denied Franklin Fueling's ideas and ways. Waking up gradually when I incurred a head injury. By a stack of sumps coincidentally falling on me.

Working a 50-60 hours a week mandatory I didn't mind my girlfriend of 3 years coming into the ranks and working here. She worked in the rotomold department.

Overtime I felt and watched supervisor(s) lie, use and abuse in many forms. She did not hear or see all of this herself. One supervisor of hers pretended to be a friend to her and I. She told me nothing. How could I share. Knowing something was wrong for some time, I rejected them and her. He stalked and mislead her and many others. Applying drugs(mostly cocaine) to many there. Even to her behind my back. Mentally manipulating, knowing I would say no and fight more against his advances. Especially this hate filled company.

This entity pushed many of it's past employees out. By this loser scenario. HR just wants pure profit. Plus each has their addiction of choice. Most hide them well.

Using the parking lot as an advantage. It being between three border points(Madison/Mcfarlane/Monona), they also sell a lot of hard drugs from there to local spots spreading out.

I don't care about throwing this out there in the open. I didn't go there for my life to be hurt. I went there to only work and provide out of love and close to honest work.

I worked there for a year and they made it hell. Worked from a temp Service. Franklin told me I was going to be hired after my 3rd month never happened. They hired people I trained and didn't hire me I was the backbone of my area and all they did was break my back . Screwed me on holiday pay. Promised me thanks giving I would be hired on and paid for it then Christmas they said the same thing then New year same thing then I quit. They will work you and forget about you then when you ask questions they tell you what you want to hear then send you off. I wish I could give negative stars. Franklin Slaving Systems. I rather be broke and have no job then to work for them.

Worst temp job ever. Injured on the job and not even taken to first aid in the building. Now I have permanent damage to my hand. Even the temp service didn't care. Losers

My wife worked here for almost 3 years & was told by her doctor to quit twice in that time because of the stress they put her through as an office worker. The stories I heard come out of that place from her and several others, points to poor management & an HR team that truly doesn't care about their own employees. One of my best days was the day she quit.

Executives are white collar criminals.They will soon choke on there own greed.

This company screwed us over big time. They blessed our underground storage design and the application of thier submerisble pumps in design. Franklin then re-canted in construction leaving us with few options. They hardly bothered to return our emails. Avoid this pump manufacturer.

This was the worst Job that I have had since Retiring from the U.S. Military Active Duty after 20 years of Service. The upper management of this company has no idea on how to run this business let alone treat employees with the respect that they deserve. The work moral is zero across the board both on the production floor and the front office. If I knew back then what I know now I would have never accepted the job offer at this company.
