Had an account with them in the past! We had closed it when we had moved out of the area! Good people to deal with!

I've been a member here for several years now. I routinely receive personable service and they've always gone out of their way to help me when I need it. I don't have any complaints and intend to continue using them exclusively for my in person banking needs.

I called them at 9:30 in the morning to do a wire transfer. I gave them all the necessary information and 5 hours later after repeated calls I finally got a confirmation. If you need anything done with any expediency and follow up this is not the place to do it.

Most of the time, it's 10 minutes or less. Though they may be busy,, they get to you guickly. We ALL have our bad days, even then, they are professionals.

Great Credit Union .. Never an issue .. Always helpful and informative .. However , as of late the ATM machine service at the main st has been terrible for withdrawals n deposits especially on the weekends ..very frustrating when you need that service because of work schedule .. Please update or provide a alternative deposit facility ..

I've been with FFFCU for many years and have had few issues. However, when I refinanced my home through them, they did 5 credit checks, which brought my credit score down about 100 points! The last credit check was a total fluke that they admitted should not have happened, but they did not remove it from my credit rating despite this. I went from good to fair credit solely because of this.

I've been a member at Franklin First for a few months now and up till now, all my experiences have been warm and humbling. Great team and definitely a credit union I would recommend to anyone. Especially now that they're helping me build up my credit when no other banks/credit unions would. I hope to stay a member for many years to come. Thank you.

I love it there. No problems with anyone. Got my ATM card fast and easy.

They believed in us when no one else would. Made a huge difference in our entire life. Our credit score has greatly improved. It is more convenient and the staff is alway a pleasure to work with. If you really need to help yourself go see Bill at Franklin 1st I highly recommend it.
