My Husband went in for a simple office visit during normal working hours that resulted in him having 2 quick xrays. We got a bill for close to 600.00! Never in our wildest dreams did we consider it would be that much.

When I called about the charges I was advised that since they are a 24 hour care facility they charge these extremely high prices....we went in at 3:00 pm. No one had to get out of bed to do the xrays in the middle of the night!!

This is unacceptable and we will NEVER darken their door for a routine appointment.

Our organization worked with the FCMC team to take care of our Covid vacinnes. Roxanne Beutler worked tirelessly to keep us in the loop and see our group appointment to the finish. Lacey Fellows kept us well apprised of the process and details of the shot. Pat Bowles took care of the admin the minute we walked into the facility. The whole team orchestrated a great experience.

I've had planned and unplanned visits and every time we are soooo well taken care of! I especially love the focus they put on my kids while I'm there! the treat cart is THE BEST!!

My mom was just there and passed away. The staff brought us snacks, drinks, even food. They were kind and compassionate towards everyone. They never complained or got upset as a rather large family seemed to take over. Your facility and staff truly made our last few days with my mom enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

This should be called Franklin County Medical center & resort. I've worked in hospitals for 28 years, & I can tell you this is one of the best. Very clean. Quick responses to request. Efficient & friendly. Wonderful food. Even though it was a somewhat painful procedure, I thoroughly enjoy my 2 day stay.

I have taken 3 of my pets here for 3 different things and have had an amazing experience every time. They are friendly, compassionate, experienced and love what they do! Highly recommended and will definitely be going back!

I live in SLC, but I don't know of a better local health care provider. Excellent staff, a beautiful facility, compassionate care - they take such wonderful care of my mom, who has required a lot of care over the years. It's a well-run organization and they put the patient first.

Received excellent care while a patient there. The doctor, nurses, cna's, x-ray and respiratory were very professional. Having been a co-worker with these people is not the same as a patient and receiving care from them. They treated me with respect and listened to my needs. Great job!

So thankful for this hospital! Amazing nurses that treat you like family. Babette in billing is so helpful and great!

Horrible experience with there receptionist and billing. My son had therapy done there and we had a prior off from the insurance. After we were done we were told by the receptionist that they would resubmit our bill to the insurance. Afterwards told us we only owed a few hundred dollars so we paid it. A year later with no phone calls or letters we get a collections notice that we were in collections with them. They never resubmitted it to the insurance and now that its been over a year the insurance company won't pay. Horrible experience to say the least. My family will not ever be returning there and would not recommend anyone else to go there either.
