I do not recommend this company, their services, or their leadership. It is not a company the Boise community should support.

Great group of people, I was unloaded quickly and on my way in no time!!!

Superb quality wood, and very helpful employees who custom cut the boards I purchased as a small do it yourselfer.

I recently purchased lumber and trusses for a new construction residence from Franklin. My salesman Tyler Honn went above and beyond my expectations by providing great service. He made sure my orders were delivered on time and regularly stopped by the project to see if I had any additional needs. I appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him and Franklin Supply.

Don't bother if you are a small customer shopping for doors. You have to make an appointment to see their doors. They won't let you in their showroom like you can at Lowes or Home Depot. Their salesmen are not available on the phone. Ever. They will call you back. Still waiting for the call.
I was trying to support local business but these guys apparently don't need the business.

They took care of me quickly and efficiently. Their prices on 1"x pine are better than other outlets in the area by the liner ft.

Great experience. First time there and I will be back. They had what I wanted for a competitive price. Service that you just don't get from the big box stores. Glad I found them.
