The staff is the gem of this hotel. Everyone that we met was accommodating and very friendly. the problem is the facility itself. The rooms are dated and need serious refurbishment. Decorations are horrible and old.
Do not stay here, me and my friend stayed Inn room number 459 and there were multiple bed bugs in our bed. They did transfer us to another room but we were disgusted. Also I noticed the toilet paper roll wasn't changed. Stay away from this hotel at ALL COSTS!

I love this place. I like to get the jacuzzi suite. There is a jacuzzi and it has mood lights in it so you can turn the lights off in the bathroom, relax in the jacuzzi, enjoying the soft glow of the jacuzzi lights. There is plenty of entertainment in the hotel like ping pong, video games, miniature golf, and a live band. There are also choices when you want food. There is a lounge inside the hotel and also a place in the hotel where you can get things like pizza. They also have gift shops if you are in the mood for a little shopping. And that's just to name a few of the amenities Inside the hotel. You should definitely stay here. One of the best that I've stayed in here in Michigan.
So many games to play. Awesome slides and pools. Mini-golf and night activities for the family. Free shuttle service to town so we didn't have to take our car. Great staff.
Friendly but the food really is average. Wouldn't go out of my way. Portions are big for family dinner but that's because it's a "family"dinner.
Great place for a quick and short stay with kids. A lot of arcade games for any age. Golf course. Staff was super friendly. The water slide was to advanced for my 3 year old who is not 42 inches tall yet. Plenty of food choices for traditional American and German kitchen.
It can be restful, relaxing, invigorating, entertaining and educational simultaneously! You're never bored - unless you want to be.
Honestly the Bavarian by itself is fine the check-in staff was pleasant which was the only staff that was pleasant. All staff minus front desk acted like they hated life and didn t want to be there. Did not feel any welcoming feeling from any of them. None of them never talked or didn t smile. This review is also for the Ratskeller. I expected mediocre food coming from a cafeteria type of place but good god I wouldn t feed it to my dog. Asked the girl for ranch when my pizza was delivered out, and she rolled her eyes and didn t say a word. She was annoyed I asked for sure. Oh I spent over $50 for a small pizza and two kids grilled cheeses. Expected, tourist town, but not for zero quality. Will definitely be going out for dinner next visit. Customer service seriously lacks here. Minus front desk staff who have no choice but to be overly friendly. No one else said a word to us the whole stay. Makes you think their staff members aren t treated well, or are very underpaid. Just a very meh stay. Kids had fun, all that matters. But the negativity flowing from their employees shows.

nice hotel, very clean. I always saw someone cleaning something. room was nice, large TV, loved the shampoo, cond. and soap. our room had a balcony over the adult pool but couldn't sit out for a few hours because of a couple weddings going on.Oma's breakfast buffet was good. Typical items, but was hot and fresh. There was even a plate warmer. service was friendly.

Stayed here this week for my birthday. I found it to be a very pleasant experience. Our room was clean and had a great view of the river. I really enjoyed being able to chill by the pool and in the hot tub with silence. However, I think that the "Adult Only" pool should be open later so the adults can have some alone time. The staff was friendly and seemed happy to be at work. The food was good and so were the drinks. I'd definitely come back!
Was here for the Thanksgiving buffet with family. Probably the 5th year in a row. Not my favorite venue, but it's easy. Food is always good. Same for the service.

The 4th floor balcony room was great! We had wine and beers brought to the room before we got there. The water area and arcade were fun, even for adults! The food was alright and most of the staff was friendly.
Went there before having kids. Not the best idea. There is a section of the hotel for adults only but this place is suited more for families. Great place to have family fun.
Mostly amazing service. Last time my family stayed, the bathroom wasn't clean and there was a mess on the table on our balcony. No one came to clean it when we called Room Service. But I love the pools! And waterslides! In my opinion, I like to Bavarian Blast better than the Tower Twister because I don't like body slides. I also love that you don't have to stay to play in the arcade. It was nice how my family once took a day trip up to Frankenmuth. Stopped at N'orlins for breakfast, browsed around for few hours, and finally, came to the Bavarian Inn to play some arcade games. Amazing Work!

Our Family enjoyed the many different things to do, swimming, hot tubs, shops, restaurants, arcade games, and just relaxing! Our room was clean and our housekeeper was very nice.
The rooms are wonderful and there's a lot to do. The kids arcade does feel like it is grooming children for gambling however. Decent food and a wonderful rustic feel, especially for those with German heritage like me.
It was clean they had a bus that can take people around.it's free but its nice to give a tip. The driver is a very nice and helpful person his name is Fergie. The Hotel staff was wonderful
The staff is so welcoming and friendly..I love that there is a Restaurant and Lounge and Gift shop so if the weather is bad you don't have to leave, plus another place to eat by the game room and there is putt putt indoor and swimming and hot tubs and karaoke and etc. The rooms are nice but a little pricey on the weekend but a great place to stay

What a great place! We had the tower king suite and the room was absolutely awesome. Big open area. Nice, nice bathroom. Huge jet tub. All of the staff were amazing and friendly and helpful. The arcade was huge. The pools were clean and warm. The slides make you feel like a kid again. Overall a wonderful experience. Can't wait to go again. My son is 3 and he begs to go back.
Kids really enjoyed it. But when I ask for to stay an extra hour it was a $20 charge to stay to noon

The Bavarian Inn Lodge was clean and the staff was friendly. It was obvious that the Family Fun Center was recently updated, as the games were new. The restaurant within the Family Fun Center, the Ratskellelar, was okay, but it did not have many options. They also did not allow refills on drinks and many of the food options were overpriced. The overnight room was clean and included a mini fridge, which is was helpful. Overall, it was a good stay.
The Lodge is tons of fun for kids and adults! Lots of pools, great German feel. Gluten free menu at the restaurant severely lacking.
Room ok but at $200 way over priced. Service well below acceptable standards. Will not go back and cannot recommend

We came here, on this particular trip, to go to the family fun Center downstairs. If you haven't been...go! It is a blast! Food, pools, arcade games, mini golf! So much fun. The hotel, of course, is also amazing, as is the town of Frankenmuth, in case you want to also explore that while there. Kids and adults can have so much fun together here. We will be back for sure!

We had a great room, was quiet, clean and was in good condition. I enjoyed learning about the area and the Inns start. Oma's was delicious!

I have not actually stayed there yet. We were checking out the facilities for an event in 2020. Seems very dog and kid friendly. I am not sure where the manager was the day we were there, I saw what seemed like 100s of Newfoundlands on the premises.
A nice hotel with a small water park. They have a pizza parlor and game room in the basement. Indoor 18 hole mini golf. Ping pong and pool tables. There is a nice resturant and bar upstairs. A nice gift shop. The staff is friendly. This place is CLEAN. You can walk down the hallway in your bare feet and the carpet feels like they just cleaned it. We have been here many times and enjoy it every time.

They charged me 2 times for there ( Perks) membership. So I'm like okay whatever. Them I go into the Lorelei lounge to get some dinner with my family, and the waitress was terrible . I asked her a question she bit my head off, then she ignored us for 20 min, so I took our bill up to the bar to pay it. Then 10 minutes later she comes back to the table with my bill yelling you can do that!!! And many other embarrassing things she said in front of the other customers. This place should treat you alot better for the money they charge,over 400 for one day by time u pay for a room, and dinner,games ect!!

The room was pretty basic, but worked for my needs. Everything in town was easily accessible. The food wasn t bad. The staff was awesome!
