Visited the Faber place in Tirupathi dealer is very irresponsive and don t answer our queries at all and after sales is pathetic

Very poor quality and poor service support...don't go with German name
I from Pune and I bought a Faber chimney and immediately after one year facing issue regarding PCB. When asked to service team they are asking for Rs. 5000/-.
we can not spend this much amount every year if it happens so.
Very third class product quality and service support.
Suggest you to please do not buy this company products.

This is one of the worst company with unethical support centers. They will try their best to avoid warranty. It's been two weeks and they didn't even replaced the chimney parts in warranty. Buy some other company products

Terrible after sales. Franke 'bio disposer' not working for more than 2 months. Complaints to all, right up to MD has not produced any results. Avoid buying any of their products.

I have purchased on 3/11/2019 we have received defective gas stove piece. Still there is time to exchange manager was not exchange the gas stove piece. Service engg visited for checked he cleanly given in service call there is issue with gas stove after seeing the service call report also manager is not exchanging the gasstove piece. While cooking vessels and pressure cookers are fixing tightly to gas burner rings. My humble request please don't buy any products from FABER.

We had purchased a Cooktop, very next day due to sudden leakage of gas the knob caught fire and got damaged.
We have been continuously following up with faber contact center and some jokers who call themselves regional and zonal heads...with no brains nor the intent to help
They deserve -5 star.

Never ever buy Faber products

Very pathetic service and products of Faber gas stove and chimney. For very small service request they are taking months to procure the parts from their pune head office, Still this is in Progress. Please take your product back which is still under warranty and refund my money back. I made huge mistake by selecting Faber india for chimney and Gas stove. Never recommend any one for this in my life.
