Check in is marked door A which is next to dock 10. If you have a dry load check in is next to dock 33 which is the far south end of the building. They no longer use the west driveway and guard shack you see on the satellite image for check-in instead you pull in the middle drive way Ann s park. Like everyone else has said the people are nice and unloading is generally quick they use Capstone and the app.

6AM - 2PM. No overnight. I stayed at a service plaza off of 88. 35 miles away.

Tucked away on a road that's a bit tight. Careful for cars around those turns.

Check in at Door A for Frozen, Door C for Dry. Clearly marked and easy to find.

I was a day late but they got me rescheduled and in a door right away. Showed up 30 minutes before appt time.

You'll have to stay awake here. Watch for green light to go back in for lumper fee.

Lumper fee paid over the phone.

Plenty of space, lot is huge.

Workers were friendly and helpful.

Unloaded in 2 hrs. Received paperwork right away.
