Trying to get anyone to show up is impossible. I've called, emailed, left messages regarding my fathers physical therapy, still no answer on when someone will show up as scheduled. I'm told they have other patients and that's fine, but my care is not about them, it's about my father. Use another company at all costs
Fox Rehab has been a godsend when it comes to therapy for my mom. Jill Rea (PT), Kevin Brown (OT), and Jennifer Toland (Speech) are all kind, patient, and well trained for my mom's needs. They communicate with each other to make sure she is getting the best care. They listen to me when I tell them my concerns. I highly recommend Fox Rehab!
After working with two other homecare companies for my 93 year old mother s PT, I can t tell you how thrilled we are to have found FOX and in particular Priyanka Nedi. Priyanka has been working with my mother now for a couple of months in our home in Rockville MD. She is caring, extremely knowledgeable and effective. She understands and supports my mom with her many challenges, while listening and respecting her perspective. Priyanka conducts professional assessments and shares her knowledge with my mother to ensure that she is on board to advance her PT plan. She is flexible in her treatment to address any setbacks my mother may experience dealing with her underlying lung condition. At the same time, Priyanka is challenging to ensure she advances in her functionality. My mom has been able to become more independent in the house in her ability to move around with her walker. She has learned to walk more upright and to get up from her seat without pain and even open doors by herself to move from the sun room back into the house. Priyanka is goal oriented and has been able to work with my mother in ways that no other PT service has. Thank you, Priyanka!
The only positive experience I had with my first visit was the therapist showed up on time. I had exactly 53 minutes for her to evaluate me and give me a plan of treatment. She neglected to tell me until the session was over that she was only going to treat my knees. An occupational therapist would have to come and also evaluate me to treat my sore arm. I had my blood pressure ,history of surgeries and medications taken . There went 15 minutes. Next I was timed getting in and out of a chair and walking a certain distance. I was constantly told not to talk any more because time was almost up. There was no discussion of a plan to get my knees better. In her 16 years of experience this therapist had no knowledge of how long my insurance would cover my therapy other than 10 visits.
Home therapy is for someone who can't leave their house and can't get to a therapy center. It would be best to hire a taxi to go to a therapist. This company is a waste of one's time and insurance coverage.

One of their representatives (Megan) had fraudulently charged my elderly mother for multiple sessions that never occurred. The representative forged her signature for sessions that never happened. Unfortunately, she and her insurance are still paying for these sessions, (which occurred in 2019) and totaling over $1,500.
Her primary care physician in Fredericksburg, VA had recommended Fox Rehabilitation, without knowing that they had such personnel employed. My mother will be notifying her doctor at her next appointment to ensure that no further recommendations are given where Fox Rehabilitation continues to fraudulently charge insurance companies and patients.
My grandmother received therapy services in Carlisle, PA through this company and made excellent progress! Her therapist Chris is a kind and caring professional who truly has a compassion for helping others! Since her discharge from the program, Chris continues to visit her. She has such a giving spirit that she has assisted her with yard work and grocery shopping. Chris has been a blessing to my grandma and has really lifted her spirits. You truly have a gem in this employee who has gone above and beyond to make a difference.
A unique private practice that allows you to treat clients the way you see fit. Fox also provides the tools needed to treat those clients with evidence based care.

Kevin and his team work hard to think outside of the box by using innovative therapy interventions for our residents living with dementia. The therapist are highly skilled, customer oriented and laser focused on measurable incomes. A great memory care program and community partner.

I contacted them twice about treatment. Both times I never received any contact from them.
Was not,happy with,this company at all!! Durning my,time that I was paying for therapy a student was being trained! On,my,time!! I was not told at any,time prior to,my therapy appointment a student would be trained,I'm sorry however we all had to start somewhere it is not professional. to have the therapist show up with a student,however both young ladies were nice. however I will,contact Medicare to advise them what has occurred!!! Not,happy at all!!
This is where I really felt the autonomy of being a clinician where I get to treat my clients as I see fit based on my clinical judgement. I also manage my own schedule, hence I can be there for my family when they need me. Aside from the autonomy, there is such a rich work culture of supporting people for their growth and empowering their clinicians with tools they need to be successful in their craft. People in the leadership are easy to talk to and work with and you can really see a culture of open communication and respect as well; you ll never feel like you re just a lowly employee. I ve only been wth Fox for almost 4 years (and counting!) but I have grown so much in my career that I became a regional quality assurance liasion for my region on my third year. Some may say there is no such thing as a perfect workplace but I can definitely say Fox has been such a perfect fit for me that I can t really imagine myself working anywhere else! If you are a clinician that likes to challenge yourself and grow, then Fox is definitely a fit for you too!
Katie Laine, my physical therapist, was a Godsend. The severe, persistent pain I was having in my left calf is now all gone. Further, Katie gave me tools (exercises, etc.) that will help me remain pain-free. Katie listens well and really cares about her clients.
