BUYER BEWARE. I ordered some gifts for Christmas and one of them didn't fit. When you order online there is no way to drop off the item to the Fox warehouse, even if you're in the same city - they make you ship it back and PAY again for shipping! Most stores are offering paid return shipping for items you need to return. I won't shop here again because of this.

Love the product, but not happy with customer serv...

Love the product, but not happy with customer service. Got sent the wrong size for my 2year for a hat and they haven t answered any emails at all. Would like to exchange from the store or my money back. But it has to be sent back to the company, which I have to pay for shipping. Will not purchase anything again online from Fox Racing Canada!

Poor, poor customer service. Going on 3 weeks wait...

Poor, poor customer service. Going on 3 weeks waiting for a reply to emails about a pricing issue. Call center is closed due to covid, which is completely understandable, but why not have keep those folks working answering emails from home? I've watched numerous businesses including the one I work for adapt to covid. There's no excuse why a company the size of fox hasn't.

Bad service, once order placed. There is no way to tell when or if they shipping it. Been waiting for more than a week. No update. I am not able to pick it myself even. There is no service or support.

Horrible online store, no return shipping offered. If you don t know your exact size, then you will be paying double for your item when you try to exchange it. How does a clothing store not offer any form of return shipping?

DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I like fox products and been a long time supporter...

I like fox products and been a long time supporter; however, their customer service is awful. I ordered some gloves during their sale only to receive a mass email with other peoples order information saying they didn't have these products in stock. I've emailed them 3 times to ask for an alternative option. I looked at their website today and it says the gloves are instock for the size and colour I ordered for full price. I'll think twice about ever ordering anything again from their website.

New update: they finally emailed me back to fully refund me and allowed me to keep the gloves they sent.
