The mortgage process at this bank had been terrible over the last 3 years. They have changed their online banking system multiple times making it hard to process payments. They have also accidentally erased a payment and reissued and sent me a letter saying i missed my payment. Then a couple months later made my payment 2 weeks early and they sent me another letter saying i was late on a payment. Every time you call there customer service they act like it is something you did wrong and it inst a problem on their end even though they are aware with the many glitches they have with their online system. I had a mortgage a through Bank of America before and I never had problems. Fox Communities cant even provide you with an Amortization schedule online or even break down the payment to show you what is principal and what is interest. Most banks will even show you how many years you can take off if you make certain extra payments not this one. For all the changes they have done and all the passwords i have changed you would think that they would have a solid updated system. I have come to the realization that even though I would like to support the local economy sometimes you just have to go with the bigger bank that that has the proper infrastructure and knows what they are doing.

My account has been missing money off and on for last three years gotten printout of my account showed them what trasactions were mine and wich ones werent and she never changed my account numbers or anything she didnt care that i was missing money and i wasnt the one taking it out. If i didnt have a loan through there i would bank somewhere else.

Very disappointed with them I simply cannot deal with them constantly updating their online banking and updating everything else every time you turn around you have to redo your password or something it's not even convenient anymore I'm going to go back to capital credit Union they are much more stable. with all the updating they recently did you still can't even tell whether your transaction was a deposit or a withdrawal completely stupid

Very disappointed. Not very friendly, helpful, or interested in solving problems. I regret having an account here. If there is a problem be prepared to wait a long time and potentially be charged for them to print your account statements. Apparently the red carpet only gets rolled out when you are opening an account.

UPDATE:
I went to a different branch location in Neenah and made the same request which prompted my initial review. The teller was kind and helpful. She pulled my account right up and printed off the statements (4 pages) and provided them to me without charge. I however am still displeased with the branch located near me. I do not want to have to travel across town to Neenah to be given normal customer service. I will not do any future banking here.

My husband and I have been members for our personal and separate businesses going on 20 years now and now my children have accounts as well. Couldn't be happier. Credit unions are far superior to banks and this one has especially affordable membership.

COUNT YOUR MONEY TWICE FROM THESE GUYS!!! I don't have an account with this bank but I cash my check every two weeks here because that's the bank the check is written through. Two times in a row now they've SHORTED me. The first time two weeks ago was $50 short and today was only $5 short but still... And while in line waiting, I told the car next to me to count their money too and they got SHORTED $100!!!! COUNT YOUR MONEY BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THIS BANK DOES NOT!!!!!

I have been a member here for 10+ years. I have had multiply auto loans as well as 2 mortgages with you. Ever since you switched software it has been nothing but trouble. Money has gone missing, loans that were paid months ahead were suddenly due, automatic payments are canceled/created without my permission, separate custom numbers were combined, multiply transfers were duplicated. If another finical institution would offer me free closing costs on my mortgages I would leave instantly. When it comes to my money one mistake is too many and I have been patient with your software upgrade but that was months ago and the issues have continue.

Not pleased. I have been a member of this credit union since 2014. I have stayed loyal after two incidents: the first involving Kathy at the Kimberly Branch disclosing the balance and monthly payment amounts on a roommate's loan to his mother who is not listed on his account as an authorized user or a signatory. Zero accountability or formal apologies have been issued. Kathy should have been fired...no exceptions.

Having undergone several incidents in a short period of time, and switching jobs, I am now holding out for my first commission check November 5th. Working 70 hours a week, I do not have time to negotiate medical bills that need to get paid. I politely requested a $1250 personal loan to finish paying two bills off that were due several weeks ago. I was turned down by an Underwriter who admitted my payment history is stellar. He had the nerve to offer to do business with me in the future, which I smartly responded and said if you can't help me in a time of need, why would I bring a car loan to you or a mortgage?

When I have time, I am taking my business elsewhere. DONE with this institution.

OVER A MONTH AND STILL NO DEBIT CARD! Forgot to send it out the first time. Had to call and figure it out. They sent it to the wrong branch the second time. Had to call to figure it out. They decided to mail it out from the wrong branch and it was never received. Had to call and figure it out. Another card was sent out and still not received after 7+ business days. Had to call and order ANOTHER card. They ve been sent on priority too. By the time this card is received it will be almost hitting the 2 month mark. No one has been accommodating or actually wanting to help. Not having a debit card is the most inconvenient issue. Work checks are supposed to be direct deposit and have to be reworked and printed because...no debit card. This is absolutely absurd and I m so disappointed. Booooooo
