No more words better than Excellent can be used for my experience in this Hotel. From airport pickup, check in, everyday transport arrangement, delicious with all kind of tender breakfast, everything is so well prepared in details. Thanks for all the efforts of staffs in Four Season. It is really amazing experience !!!

Amazing to be escorted straight to my room for check-in! The staff was truly the best in the World! I have only stayed at 48 Four Season's properties, but this one stands supra!

Have been listening to good reputation of four seasons. You should come here to experience it.

The room was very modern, spacious and modern. It had a sort of a living room with a divan, a desk and a big TV. A separate room was the bedroom, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom had a separate bathtub from the shower and a two individual sinks, really handy. Service and attention to detail were really good and made me feel taken care of at all times.

We visited the ball room for a wedding reception. The ball room is quite small and has a poorly planned layout

from the start it's open and I really like this hotel starting from the atmosphere of the room, the food is delicious, the restaurant is alto which is our favorite dinner place

International standard hotel. Food is good and the room is huge. Pleasing to be here

Coming to the Telkom RUPS, security is very tight. The ball room room is spacious, but for the class of the Four Seasons Hotel is not too perfect. I noticed that there were quite a lot of broken lights, no effect. Maybe I just fad too much detail

Clean toilets, there are officers who stand by there. Like the glass in the place of washing hands

The food is good, but there is one menu that is a bit too salty. Gpp, can still be tolerated, maybe the cook is fasting or lacking concentration. Champion Croisant

Great place for staycation, clean ... Executive Suite room ... very spacious, the pool is limited as part of standard health protocols, makes it comfortable for guests ..., the check in and check out process is also fast and smooth, Keep up the good work !!!

The taste of the food is very satisfying !! banquet spv is less cooperative ,, banquets waiter is very kind and willing to help.

The rooms are luxurious, but there are not many choices of buffet food for breaking the fast.

Very modern place, the interior of the room is very modern and sophisticated, yet cozy and still feels like home. I really love the color scheme in the room- mostly white with the touch of light blue, creme, and some really dark blue. The service is also very good! Recommended place to stay.

I really liked their take on Indonesian version of cocktails... I call it Journey to the Spice Islands. It really highlights what Indonesia has to offer to the world!
