Haven t stayed there yet but love the place. Been at 6/7 restaurants under its roof and all were mind blowing. Based on that, 5 stars should be given blindly. Sorry for being emotional.

The right place to relax and enjoy an afternoon tea at the terrace or in the tea Room. The staff is very well trained, polite and friendly. We had the afternoon tea tray and were served hot coffee and tea. Kudos to the management.

Unhygienic atmosphere, staff with their mask below nose, lift had puddles of water. Table was not at all comfortable. Food was nothing to rave about. Bad experience.
Mercury Launch is a great place to chill out in a great atmosphere and a friendly and professional service. Never disappointed going there!
