Four Seasons Jackson Hole Review

Westbank Grill is outstanding. Must stop for dinner when in Teton Village. Four Seasons is amazing. Best place to stay in the area. Ski in ski out. Lift right there.

Delightful Lunch! Hanger Hamburger was so yummy and the truffle tater tots! Best service too!

Everything one would expect from the Four Seasons. The only hotel at JHMR that is actually slopeside. Three places to eat in the hotel and it is within easy walking distance to a number of other restaurants in Teton Village.

Top rated hotel and ex excellent service. Make sure you bring your wallet though.

Not one of the nicer Four Seasons. Great location though.

I spent a couple of nights here for an industry conference and had a great time. The room was very nice and having a fire place was a nice touch. All of our food for the conference was catered by the resort or at one of the restaurants and all of it was so good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was looking for a more upscale experience in the Jackson Hole Valley.

This place at the bottom of Jackson Hole's mountain is fantastic. Service and food go skiing with the Four Seasons promise. The spa is also great. Enjoy an end of day jump into the pool or hot tub to relax, s'mores and drinks before a nice dinner. The ski club has all the newest equipment and are very friendly. Enjoy your stay!

Upmarket hotel. Lovely bar. Very nice restaurant and surroundings

Always terrific service, great decor and a super-comfortable bed. Linens make such a difference.

Great views, right on the base of the mountain with a ski/snowboard store right beside it. Friendly staff and easy to rent gear.

Standard Four Seasons in great location, but food is terrible.

Ski in, ski out! You cant really ask for more! Handle bar is a great stop for a beer before heading back out on the mountain.

I don t know about the hotel.... I m sure it s nice. But that restaurant there, is the worst. Over priced and untaste. That s why you get 1 , I cannot believe that 4 season would promote that food.

Stayed at Hotel Terra in Teton Village. Had afternoon appetizers at the the Handle Bar restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort. We sat on the deck all warm and cozy due to their outdoor fire wall. Very nice service. We had the nachos and the pretzel. Excellent!

Worst service I ve ever had at a nice hotel. The only thing nice about this place now is the grounds and the building. The management team is weak and defends their employees and locking customers out of the room rather than having a common decency to make a phone call to clarify things. The staff is classless and their behavior and they are using this pandemic as an opportunity to bully their customers rather then finding ways to be safe and still deliver service. I will not stay here again.

We only had dessert here but it was good and the place is nice

Be aware - before you book - that the Four Seasons will not be candid about the level of services available due to Covid-19. They are not competitive in their available services with other luxury resorts in the area, including the ability to dine in a restaurant. Other fine dining in the area take appropriate precautions but are open. Despite this, the Four Seasons will gladly take your money at full rates. Meanwhile, their staffing levels and services offered are at 50%.

Went here in September after doing the lotoja race. Excellent service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

The motel is a very beautiful motel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. You are greeted at the door. I have never stayed in one of rooms but my understanding is they are very nice. I would highly recommend them.

Very expensive. Trundle bed was very comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Just Wow! Best service I have ever had in one if the most beautiful places on Earth. Huge room with a fireplace and bose sound bar. The turndown service excels as does every aspect of your stay.

The staff at Four Seasons Jackson Hole is one of the best I have ever encountered in my travels. The level of service extended to guests here is unmatched. In fact, it s deserving of a 6 star rating. Everyone I encountered, from the restaurant waiters and servers to the ski valet team were first class. I will be back again and again.

It's just impossible to compare this key destination on anyone's itinerary. There is just no way to find anything better on planet Earth escalation point maybe expensive but you have earned it! Amazing service, amazing views, amazing ski location and service!

My experience at the Fout Seaso s Resort lived up to my expectations starting with the valet service. Everyone was friendly and eager to serve. The event I attended was well planned and executed. I have nothing but praise for how well it all turned out.

Excellent skiing, great service. Ski and boot storage is very smooth.
