His treatment is very, very bad for the hotel staff

Luxurious and more , just take car from over priced services

Very good deal. Very spacious rooms with good views

Parking doesn't support the events they are having and hosting

Hotel parking yards are limited, so turn around hotel and you will find (sayes) its safe to leave your keys for 25 pounds

Clean, friendly and friendly staff. You may find it expensive, but you're in the center of the old city. Everything is a few kilometers away. My recommendation.

Great service and the staff was exceptional. Location was great along the Nile with beautiful views in all directions.
Hotel offers good dining experience with Zitouni being my favorite of the three restaurants that are offered at the hotel.
Location is also excellent and easy to get to see good dining experiences in Zamalek.

The hotel is less than the size of the name it carries, the hotel rooms are large but the furniture is below the standard where the rooms look like an empty, treated staff is high, but there is a problem with the hotel management, the swimming pool is small compared to others, the rooms are not good looking,

Im pretty sure this is one of the best hotels in Cairo, the only thing i didn t like was that as soon as i got there i was basically forced to seat with a tour guide offering me to buy and book tours right on the spot, it was a little uncomfortable because he was being pushy. Other than that the hotel is well reccomended

It's nice place to stay but I recommend the ritz carlton first then Kempinski then sharitaon at Cairo...

I was attending a conference in one of the halls.
Building and holes was nice but food was not that good with no variety.

We were there very early. We had the park to ourselves. So I have no idea what it's like at 4 in the afternoon. Psrk i was clean, people were nice

We stayed at this place for 2 nights in Oct. Even though, the location was nice the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep. It was quite small as well. For couple with a child they had provided us with two single beds and when requested to change they didn't attend the request. We are finally frustrated and didn't bother to ask again and again. The room services were attended quite late and it took minimum half an hour to attend to any request made. One of the phones wasn't working. The air conditioning system was poor. It failed to change to the set temperature.
Overall for the name it has, I never expected this and probably would not recommend anyone to stay there and waste money uselessly.
