Absolutely gorgeous place. All year round it s decorated with amazing display of flowers. Lovely place to pop in for a nice picture, have lunch or dinner and even cocktails at the bar. Very romantic and relaxing place and the service is absolutely spotless.

The burger that I ordered had bread so old it crumbled in my hand, so I replaced it with a flavorless chicken club sandwich, they should let the chef discover that there are spices out there in the world. And what's with the cucumber on everything, don't they try it before serving it. For a very expensive place I'd expect more, very shameful even for French standards

Both restaurants, Le Cinq and Le George are among the top 10 restaurants in Paris, in my opinion. The hotel itself is an institution in Paris, a must go even if only to have a drink or two at the bar. But the restaurants are just as good as the hotel's reputation. Very friendly service, perfect atmosphere to enjoy the best that the French Cuisine has to offer. Le George is the Italian hip restaurant, the place to be, to see beautiful people and enjoy a new interpretation of Italian food (interpreted by French I mean, which gives a certain sofisticated touch to it). Le Cinq is the traditional restaurant, where you will enjoy the best of French Cuisine. Yes of course you will pay the price for it as in every renowned restaurant, but it is definitely worth it, at the end we are talking about Paris! You will get a dinner experience which will certainly remain forever. By the way the wine menus in both restaurants is magnificent, you will find everything you could ever want to order (also those you wish to have the financial possibility to order but again this is Paris...).

An indisputably divine table to which one approaches perfection in all points of view.
Fine, creative dishes, rare products, and flavors that make the taste buds explode. In this beautiful setting, there is nothing to add.

We stopped here for one night when on our honeymoon trip to the south of France and it was the most amazing hotel experience I've ever had. Everyone was friendly, smiling, constantly looking for ways to help. We used the pop up spa for a couple's massage [we each booked our own massage, but they asked if we wanted to be in the same room]. The spa staff were professional, knowledgeable and attentive. The room itself was beautiful, the bed felt like a cloud and the attention to detail is impeccable. [We had the romance package so there was a bottle of champagne and a bouquet of flowers waiting for us. There were also 4 macarons upon arrival, though I don't know if that is normal or because of the romance package]. We had breakfast in our room and it was plentiful, delicious and prompt. Finally, the hotel lobby and common areas are beautiful with flower arrangements that apparently change often. Overall, it is an experience not to be missed.

From the phone handling to the welcome (despite our late arrival) upon arrival. We kept the menu down to two courses but spent a wonderful 2 and a half hours being gobsmacked by flavours, textures and service. Yes it's not cheap dinner, but it's not dinner ... it's art, history, craftsmanship and the constant pursuit of excellence that makes places like this a must-do. Discovered some new wines I had never heard of and enjoyed the best sweetbread I had ever had. Unpretentious, uncomplicated, honest, perfect. Bravo!

From the security personnel, receptionists, the man in charge of your room, hallway, escalator, your suites - awesomeness. Employees speak english as well. You can take a walk to all the luxury and everyday stores in the evening as well. Best place for tourists.

Clean room and nice looking hotel! Prices are not for the faint hearted! Only book this hotel if you have money to spend! Breakfast is 70 euro each person and bottle of water is 10 euro! Absolute joke!

We come here for the afternoon tea, and it is great. Food and desserts never disappoint, just exquisite. But their teas... they are either served lukewarm or not enough tea and just hot water or way too strong. They really cannot figure out their tea proportions.

Plus, I think they snub people and do not let them in. We walked in with another couple and they did not seat us. I tried to make a reservation for a week away, they said they were fully booked. But then I emailed for the same time/day reservation and got it no problems. I think it was the person with us, he did not have the image that this hotel would approve, unless you are staying there, then they have no choice.

On Saturday night we were at the hotel bar. Around 23.00 the live music was so good that spontaneously until 00:30 was danced. Very nice. On request I was told that this was an extraordinary thing, the good band owed. High class audience and from 'old became young', we look in again ...!

It is one of the most magical places I know in a warm environment, an aesthetic environment at the highest point, a floral refinement, a last quiet just before the closing of public places and confinement. It was very appreciated ...

There isn't anything that's actually bad about this Four Seasons. It's up to scratch in all the ways you expect Four Seasons to be - opulent lobby with nice contemporary artwork, very nice public spaces, great restaurant and bars. It just lacks a little personality compared to other places.

It fancies itself as the "Grand Dame" of Paris "palace" hotels, but arguably Crillon / Ritz / Bristol are more "characterful". The service here was also just a bit "off" - a little disinterested, more than anything. Could be it's resting on its laurels a little. There's just a hint of eurotrash about some of the guests, which unfortunately some of the staff seemed to pander to, and which gives a hotel a very different vibe to a comparable property in, say, NYC.

However, I'd give special praise to the Cinq restaurant. Fantastic service, just the right balance of unobtrusive and engaged, and very different to the stuffiness you get somewhere like Le Grand Vefour. Try the spectacular tasting menu with paired wines for a gastronomic treat (but be ready to drop $1000+). Place is a bit overpriced even by Paris standards.

Location is great if you want to be around Champs Elysee, but the area is a bit of a tourist trap.

Overall, I think next trip we'll go back to the Park Hyatt off Place Vendome, where we had a truly memorable stay in a beautiful, discreet and hidden gem. The showiness and glitz of the Four Seasons Georges Cinq will appeal to some, but it's kind of a weird mix of stuffy old europe and hedge-fund new money for my tastes.
