Absolutely great! Beautiful, perfectly located in the heart of town, at the edge of the historic city and the promenade. Perfect service, beautifully appointed rooms. Excellent pool.
Flower arrangements in the lobby are a delight.

The place is awesome! Caspian and Neftchilar Avenue. Dream! The hotel itself is without comment. Yes, the Old Town is right at your side.

bad check in bad room service, when i received my two room one off them have extra bed for old guest and some of paper and pen on table and second room also battle of water used for old guest and ( blood in wc and some where in toilet ) and this blood for 4 days i was in hotel every day the room service clean my room and this blood same ! if in my hand i will put two star hotel ,

What can you say about the four seasons. Its always going to be great!

Everything is perfect, you can't go wrong with Four Season hotel. The view is perfect, the room service is great and the buffet for breakfast is good but it can be better. They are fast in preparing the car, which is great thing.

Nice play to stay , close to Old town with a lot of antique shops and restaurants, Cosy and perfect decorated rooms, service is good as well as at all Four Seasons

Great hotel with close proximity to the Old city, Nizami St., The Caspian Sea boardwalk and Fountain square. The rooms are elegant and the beds were so comfy we had a hard time getting up in the morning. The service is great and everyone spoke english. Very helpful staff, they helped us with transportation and any questions we had about the city they were happy to answer. They only downside was that the breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby was very underwhelming.

Great! Four Seasons for me is good time reference always. The FS Baku is very stylish, the rooms are very tastefully decorated and always have everything for the better to ensure a good stay. Exceptional location. The floral arrangements in the lobby welcoming you are network business card.

I refuse the four seasons, nor in the imagination. It is more than wonderful. Honesty, respect, respect. I advise in his visit. Of course, I will not choose anyone else if I visit Azerbaijan.

Today my friends and I visited the terrace and were very disappointed. They sipped water and 4 coffee. Chernz 30 minutes called the manager and asked where the water is ???! He apologized as always but they gave water to the table in 10 minutes, while their standards say that water must be supplied within 3 minutes. Then they called a galyanchik but it turned out that he DO NOT SPEAK IN AZERBAIJANI without any discounts or concessions. Awful obs tinning, terrible hotel management and terrible hike to the local population.

Well appointed hotel in the heart of the old Town area of Baku. I had a city view room, which was still gorgeous as you could see the city wall and the flaming towers. This is a very nice hotel and even the basic rooms have wonderful amenities. Very welcoming staff and excellent breakfast!

Excellent hotel, staff with a high level of ethics and credibility, easy procedures in and out, overcoming difficulties and assistance, often the location is excellent, you do not need a car except in remote places, I strongly recommend the hotel, Turkish coffee is excellent

Writing while still at the hotel.. it is brilliantly located and is proper luxury.
Staying at the Caspian Sea view room, the room is very comfortable with all essential amenities.
The pool was great as well..
