Nice decor and spacious rooms especially in the suites, but the bathroom without a bidet!

Well , if you have some extra bucks and you like to taste the luxury of VVIPs than this hotel is number one choice in Caucasian region . Executive classes suits and luxurious lobbies increasing the attractive attention of tourist/visitors.
Also the beautiful building design is very attractive in the centre.

The location is perfect, the food in the restaurant and the room dinning is very tasty and clean, the servers was very helpful, friendly and smily

Such a great and clean hotel. The people working there are extremely helpful and the room service food is delicious. Also you can go to a couple of places within walking distance which is great if you want to walk and have some air. the beds are super comfortable and even the lobby is clean. Can t wait to come back here when I come back to Baku. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location near the Old Town, all the attractions, brand boutiques. Clean, quiet, well-kept squares, embankments, in all senses a European city! Not for nothing it was once called little Paris ...

It is good but not worth four season name as i have visited many four seasons hotels around the world

Fantastic location, beautiful views and friendly staff. However, the italian restaurant at the hotel had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and dine out especially since the hotel is in the heart of the city.

Facilities, food, people, location, services, everything .. greaaaaat

The interior is nice but the service is not that good

I just went for the spa and gym and it was a great experience. Staff were so helpful and kind. The only reason why this isnt 5 stars is because i went for waxing as well and the lady seemed inexperienced as she kept drppping hot wax all over me accidentally and the wax was too hot it burnt me in several places.

As usual Four Seasons Hotels are always recommendable Also the one in Baku which is also very good located with sea view. Check out their wellness and pool area.

Fast service to the room but very poor service at the front-desk !! The receptionist at check in was not supportive at all in providing rooms next to each other .. That s is the only negative behavior I had while my stay !!

Perfect service, employee,reception,bell boy, room service etc....
When i booked they knew i have two kids what they did is provide me with extra bed instead of baby bed with free of charge,and they provide us with kids toilets shower setup shampoo toothpaste etc...
The indoor swimming pool is amazing , the location is perfect
And without any negotiation when i ask for late check out they respond immediately in professional way

The four seasons Baku is one of the most beautiful places I ve ever visited . it s really nice and peaceful and has a lot of variety of things you can do there as you can enjoy the gym the spa and the huge swimming pool You can enjoy a nice breakfast from all over the world and the stuff are really good and wonderful .
