They screwed up my poster and didn't tell me about it. I understand that you're supposed to ask for a proof or there is no redos, and that's fine, but they could have at least told me. They do have a good turnaround time.

I've worked with this company for years and can honestly say FSD comprises the most creative, hard working individuals in the business. Their designs are original, their professionalism unwavering. They create displays large and small, for store fronts or entire cities. In addition, they are local- family owned and operated- and regularly give back to the DFW community through service and donations to charities and the Dallas Public Schools.

Their holiday decorations blew my mind! Best I've ever seen! Extra perk: have your scientific poster delivered right to your venue or hotel room. Makes for hassle free travel.

The worst experience ever dealing with this company. I called them to put together a booth for a trade show. I called and described exactly what I wanted, but then had to wait 3 weeks for a call back. By that time it was too close to my show to use them. I ended up having to build my own booth because of them. But low and behold, when the trade show comes around, another vendor had hired them to create their booth, and Four Seasons STOLE MY DESIGN AND USED IT FOR THIS OTHER CUSTOMER!!!. It was my exact idea, down to the text I had come up with for signage. Then the owner, Theresa, had the nerve to approach me while I was setting up and tried to get an attitude with me, claiming I had only called her for pricing, and that somehow made it okay that she never called me back for 3 weeks. No, I called to have them create my booth. She even tried to use the excuse that she wanted to spend more time with her grandchildren, and that was why she hadn't gotten back to me in a timely manner. Not sure how that explains her stealing my design, but I will make sure everyone know exactly how Four Seasons Decorations treats their potential customers. Extremely disappointed. If you want your booth done right and don't want your ideas stolen, go somewhere else.
