Mio's restaurant environment and music are very comfortable, and the chef's bread is so delicious that it exceeds the fitness coach's requirement for one day's intake. But food and beauty can't live up to, so I'm already looking forward to the next experience. The hotel s floral ambience is very pleasing, and the Christmas atmosphere is very rich. When you enter the door, you will be caught by the oversized Homie Bear installation art.

Go to Beijing and forgive the Japanese who want to eat Japanese food .... Because it is delicious ...

My spouse and I were married at a Four Seasons hotel 30 years ago and we celebrated our anniversary here. The staff provided excellent customer service and anticipate your every need. The rooms are very comfortable and the gym is great. The club breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel and lovely staff. Beds are super comfortable and one of the best bathrooms I ve seen in a hotel. Really good amenities including a great gym and good restaurants. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Perfect after a long nights sleep. A good option for your Beijing stay.

Best (and most expensive) hotel I've ever been. As a amex platinum card holder, I got all benefits I deserved. The front desk was very professional. The room was superb!!!

Great hotel I stayed at the ritz-carlton in Osaka a couple days before and it blows it out of the water. The service is above and beyond.

Visit the hotel with friends and I have to say it's well done. As for the dinner at Cai Yi Xuan it one probably the one of my top three best meals in the city. Staff made us feel very at home and comfortable.

Go out all the year round, go anywhere in the world to go out or play, if you don't know where to live, fourseasons will suit you, the off-season is very cost-effective, and the room is clean and comfortable. One of the things that makes a hotel stand out against any other is there service. This hotel far exceeds any other hotel for service. From the ease of check-in, to the bouquet of flowers they gave my wife as a welcome gift, to our spacious room overlooking the city oh, this is a great hotel. When in the restaurant or casual bar in the lobby you'll find that same service, although you will pay for it, but it is well worth every penny you spend.

I have participated in several activities in the four seasons. Every time I enter the lobby, I feel a new look. The lobby is small, but the flowers are replaced and the flowers are beautiful. It feels really good!

Very professional staff
Cosina and high level food.
Very large rooms and very well furnished.
It is a wonder .

Hotel seems old. You can see signs in the wood and carpets.

Hotel design is cool. problem with bath tub water. magnificent room view. buffet breakfast many choices. great view in 26 /f executive lounge. Nice cocktail there~ but no refill for daily fruits. We stay there for 2 nites

Not up to the usual 4 seasons standard. Facilities are great, however, staff training at all levels leave a lot to be desired. Nevertheless, they had their moments. Unfortunately, overall staff professionalism is not up to the 4 seasons mark.

Room wasn't great and it got annoying having the staff call my room every night asking if I wanted a "massage".

This place is amazing...they take care of EVERYTHING!

As many guests have experienced, every night there are calls asking you if you want a "massage." You see prostitutes in lobbies, sex massage business cards covered the streets in front of the doors of the hotel. Trashy "movie stars" (mostly call girls) ordering disgusting street food while having parties with dirty clothed "fans" crowded common areas everywhere in the hotel.

As a loyal Four Seasons customer, I have emailed the head office of Four Seasons couple times, guess what? The prostitutes are still there :) This makes you wonder, is it possible that the management of the hotel in Beijing takes money to permit all the guest-disturbing "massages" going on.

Stay away from Four Seasons Beijing for any serious business trip or family holiday!
Trust me it's not at all nice like the other Four Seasons you go to around the world.
(I will go to "Bulgari Hotels, Beijing" from now on if I have to go to Beijing. )

Had a fundraising event here in the ballroom. Lovely interior, I thought the little hanzi/figurative artwork on display was very clever and cute. Great multilingual service.

This hotel was lush and clean.The staff took care of me when I needed help and I had made some friends with other guests, whether they spoke English or Mandarin Chinese.

It is a modern hotel, with comfortable rooms, it has bilingual staff in the reception area, it has a restaurant area and it has facilities for wheelchairs

Nice hotel with mostly great staff, just be careful of your stuff. Wife's wedding ring was stolen out of our bags while there. One bad apple can ruin it for all. :(

I loved my stay at the Four Seasons in Beijing. The room was spacious, and very well done in terms of interior design. I loved the Mercedes in which they picked us up from at the airport with. As it was my first time in China, I wasn't sure what to expect but this hotel made my stay very pleasurable and made me feel very at home. Friendly staff, good food at the restaurant and the shopping options was equally good.

Tasteful Chinese styling throughout. The hotel common areas are well presented and typical of other Four Season hotels. Rooms finishing nicely with lots of creature comforts present.

There was a feeling of luxury and the room was large.

Overall, I am satisfied. For the high price but you would expect a bit more inclusive, for example breakfast. The spa and the pool are very high quality.

Annoying: Although free taxis were right outside the door, a porter insisted on calling us a taxi. That took just under 15 minutes. We were always unfriendly, but to wait in there.

A very good and at the same time expensive hotel, the service technically everything on it. Especially breakfast was my daily highlight every day. And of course, a bath with a bathtub and a view over the city has something.

Affordable, clean rooms, lots of restaurants nearby, and blue harbor at night

When the customer came to Beijing, I changed him to this hotel, which is really high-end atmosphere. The customer said that it is not worse than the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong. The price of this hotel in Yansha Business Circle is also very good! And the security guard is doing it very well, I can't even take a photo in the hall. The location of this hotel is very good, just a little east of Yansha Bridge, next to the Kempinski Hotel, to the airport for half an hour, if traffic jams, opposite the Liangmaqiao subway station, very convenient!

Better than Hilton and cheaper than Hilton. . . In the future, the visa can be changed to another place.

This was my first stay at the Four Seasons in Beijing. I was extremely pleased with the quality of this hotel, from the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms, to the excellent customer service. The hotel is well located in Beijing and the concierge is superb at helping travellers get where they want to go. Be sure to ask for a card which gives Mandarin instructions for taxi drivers to get you back. The breakfast buffet was fantastically prepared each day and the staff even went the extra mile to find me cinnamon for my oatmeal! The rooms are duly cleaned each day and, along with bottled water, they even replenish your Nespresso capsules for your in-room machine. The hotel also has a reasonable hotel gym and pool area. Finally, I want to say thank you to the reservations agent who, despite an error on my side in the original booking, was able to secure my room for an additional night, even as the hotel was fully booked. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. As a tip, be sure to load a VPN on your smart devices before coming to China as you won t be able to access many western apps without it.

The rooms were very nice and the staff was very professional. Beds were incredibly comfortable, breakfast was very good, hotel is close to subway. I m going to miss this place.

We stayed here for a couple of nights - a family of 6 in two adjoining rooms - and it was wonderful. The rooms are large, the furniture and fixtures are elegant, and the staff is all helpful and friendly.

The kids loved the pool and hot tub, both of which are huge for a hotel. We ate at the Italian restaurant - the service and food was terrific. The breakfast buffet is great, a good mix of local and western-inspired foods, and the employees were very friendly and patient with the young children.

Our room faced west, overlooking the Lufthansa Center next door and straight down Liangmaqiao Road.
