I traded in my 2017 super duty for a new 2019 super duty. Excellent experience. I shopped around Alberta for the best deal. Fourlane offered the most for my trade and they had the best price on a new truck! I highly recommend talking with Paul in sales.
As you can see if you read my reviews, I never write bad reviews but this experience was so horrible, I had to write a review.
I would put a caution on dealing with this Ford Dealership location. They sold me a 2018 vehicle - which was Certified by them - and it was never noticed that there was no window VIN sticker.
1. The vehicle I bought was not what was described to me by their staff. 2. The mechanics who certified the vehicle, never noticed the missing VIN tag. 3. Their body shop staff changed out 2 windshields (one windshield cracked across while driving the vehicle home after purchase) and they never noticed the missing VIN tag.
I took it for an independent inspection and within minutes that place noticed the missing VIN tag.
Fourlane was NOT easy to deal with when I brought this issue to their attention. They offered solutions such as getting the truck inspected by the Ministry of Transportation to ensure this vehicle was not tampered with -- BUT there was a catch - the inspection wouldn't be guaranteed. They said they may just be able to confirm the situation and get a VIN tag put in - WITHOUT THE FULL INSPECTION. Because of this, I opted to go with them buying the vehicle back.
On further inspection, It appeared from many levels that this vehicle had been tampered with - and the photos clearly show this. I took the option to have the vehicle bought back.
Fourlane said "they would buy the vehicle back" - but in actuality would NOT pay me back what I paid for it. I had it for short time and didn't even get to the first oil change. Out of the time I had it, the vehicle had to sit in shops getting repairs to the windshield (which cracked 3 different times from the same place and same pattern within 3 months - WITHOUT any rock chips. It had to sit in paint shops to be painted as the paint started falling off in chunks all over the truck. Needless to say, it was used very little in the short time I had it. I brought these concerns to Fourlane Ford attention and they were NEVER even acknowledged. NOT ONE WORD. They address what they want and leave you hanging on the rest.
They suggested for me to buy another vehicle off their lot for thousands more....which I couldn't afford to do. They said they would NOT check other inventory at other Ford dealerships. It had to be in their stock and their pricing. They said "there is nothing else they could do" - in a very snarky and rude manner - many times over. Run like the wind if you get referred to Jeffrey for anything. He is a nightmare to deal with. He is a MASTER at manipulation - and shutting you down. Anyway, they wanted me - the customer - to be out money rather than themselves.
So, I bought a certified vehicle - and within a short time (less than 3 months of driving) I was left with no vehicle, and out all the money that they wouldn't pay back. Plus I was out thousands more for the paint work as it kept falling off. Disappointing dealership. They are friendly when you are buying - but if you present a problem - EVEN IF IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT - LIKE A MISSING WINDOW VIN NUMBER - AN ESSENTIAL TO THE VEHICLE - you will treated like dirt. They will turn on you and treat you very rudely and leave you hanging. They will TURN AND TWIST everything you say to make you look like you are in the wrong and will MANIPULATE you beyond words until you finally give up in despair. I asked to have Jeff Denham (different from Jeffery) look into the situation at his dealership and he never even responded - not a call - email - NOTHING. According to the "manager Jeffery" that I had to deal with - he said Jeff Denham told him "what else does she expect us to do?" Both rude responses when it was their mistake.
FOURLANE RESPONSE IS NOT ACCURATE - ONE eg. is saying I drove 10,000 km - AMVIC has confirmed this is NOT TRUE - they are THOUSANDS OUT. The rest is twisted as well in the response. With the documentation, phone calls, tons of pictures of evidence, I have been advised to bring this matter to Provincial Court Civil Division.
Went in to see Mike, unsure of what we wanted, and left with a 2019 Flex that has suited our family perfectly for a year already. He knew his vehicles well and took the time to show us our options. Thanks Mike!

I also bought my vehicle here and would highly recommend doing so! The gentleman who helped me did not know this when he dealt with me and still treated me with the upmost respect and importance. If you want to have a dealership that treats you like a friend, go to Fourlane!

I bought winter tires off kijiji and my lovely Fiance put them on for me. My tire pressure was low so i called ahead and Chris answered and kindly transferred me to the QUICKLANE where I told Calvin the situation. I showed up and he promptly filled my tires and even retorqued my tires himself. I also spoke with Ben and he was very friendly and was working very hard. Thanks for the FAST, FRIENDLY AND AFFORDABLE service Fourlane Ford! You rock! Keep it up!
They took a screw out of my stock trailer tire. They squeezed me in and put the tire in the back of my truck for me. Very nice service

Had get new long block for 18 escape they took care of it fast and professional
Fourlane Ford has the most amazing service department. My daughter's Escape had the check engine light come on and we called and they said bring it right in. They scanned it right away and let us know it was ok to drive and ordered the part which was covered under warranty. Brad helped us today and their whole department including Sharon and Kelsey are always amazing to deal with. The reason why we buy our vehicles from Fourlane is that the great customer service never ends from Sales to Service. Thanks Fourlane Team!!!!
