Amazing food and a cute little restaurant. Out of the way, but worth the trip.

Really great pie. Really expensive. Have the baked oatmeal and coffee at breakfast time.

Apple Ginger Muffin was perfect! Not too sweet, just the right amount of ginger, not too overpowering. Coffee was warm, but not hot. Overall flavor was great! Employees were friendly!

They run out pies fast, so if you are here for the pies, you better come early. And this is a great sign, and another proof that this place make some of the best pies in New York. Ok, now that I have said it, I can tell you a not so hidden secret: The honey/salt pie taste like heaven. Enough said.

Best pies in New York despite slip in quality. I made special trip today to pick up Thanksgiving pies and they were sold out. . To ease my disappointment, I purchased 3 slices of pumpkin, and because they felt sorry for me they threw in a slice of apple on the house. I appreciate it. The mission, not a total loss. Upon
reflection though, I think, quality considering the high prices, especially during the Holiday rush, has slipped.

Waited 30 mins for 2 slices. The pies were good but doesn't worth the wait.

Tasty pies, always something different and so close to the subway at 4th and 9. Place is great anytime to hang and read a newspaper. The custard pies are all different and the coffee is bottomless.

you can find many good Pie places in NYC. You can find few amazing places. Four & Twenty Blackbirds is one of the fee amazing places. Honey and salt pie you cant say no to.

The salted caramel apple pie was delicious, but the matcha custard pies fell flat on flavor and texture.

I loved their Salted Caramel Apple Pie, had it today and a BIG disappointment. Crust was not flaky and apples did not have a snap to the . For $6 a slice it should of been the same as when they first opened their door.

Came for the Black bottom oat slice - wasn't in the ment that day, only as a whole pie. Had to take Salted caramel apple. + peppermint tea. Nothing special to remember about that pie, good level of sweetness, apples are tender, really loved the crust - flaky & soft, not crumby. Was disappointed that they served it cold without opportunity to get it warm (maybe only that day). Really loved the tea - a sort of handcrafted bag, which made taste rich, I rarely like tea bags. So, nothing special for me, but wanna come back for oat pie.

I just had the Brown Butter Apple and it was out of this world. really recommend it!

Amazing pies, especially the salted apple caramel, strawberry, and their dark chocolate pecan pie may be the best pecan pie...ever.

Consistently excellent pies, something you'll take out of town visitors to. Wish they'd be more adventurous with their selection though.

All of the pies I've had are completely amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, and clearly takes pride in all of their products.

They only serve about 6 pies at once, and you won't know till you get there, or call them.

And yes their Matcha custard is the bomb.

I'm a big bbq fan from Texas the food was excellent

The whole pies have gotten more expensive ($42). But the slices are still the same price ($6) and still great. I usually purchase 4 different flavors to sample them. The flavors are seasonal.

Loved my pie but I didn t order the attitude. I m not sure what that s about but you can have that back, thanks.
