I am a member of four different credit unions and by far Founders is the worst. Unfortunately, I had the experience of dealing with the bank manager, Matt Gross, and he proved to be insensitive, uncaring, and incompetent. I would advise anyone thinking of signing up as a member to go elsewhere to a credit union that actually cares about their customers; not just the bottom line.

Founders is always looking for ways to improve the products and services offered to members. They have really done an amazing job with improving the online banking experience. With my life always being on the go, I find it very convenient that I do not have to come into the branch every time I need to apply for a loan or sign an important document.
Bank refuses to insure fraudulent charges on my account. I lost all my money and I am disabled. Please dont use this bank!!!!!!!! I did not have a problem with Wells Fargo.. My name is Debra A Brown. BEWARE OF THIS BANK. I HAD 2 CHARGES WHERE SOMEONE CALLED and paid there debts using my DEBIT CARD ACTING LIKE ME FOR $1100 and $927. They refuse to cover it. More money was lost and they refuse to cover it also.

I went to Founders Federal Credit Union after High Mcoll from Bank of America started illegally charging and overcharged customes, now I find that Founders Federal Credit Union is practicing same rules as every other bank in America. What has happened to the Federal Credit Unios in this country??. Everyone is trying to rip off the consumer. I'll start keep my money in my mattress and forget banks!!!
While the nefarious actions of the corporate world remain as devious as ever, knowledge of their conduct has become more mainstream so the practices of a corporation such as Founders along with this review should come as no surprise.
Since corporations are ruled by the profit motive, they can be by definition greedy, selfish, and ultimately indifferent to the well-being of others.
In my four years that I have been a member of Founders, I have yet to have a positive experience with anyone from that bank especially upper management. Founders may say they have the customer s best interests at heart, but their mandate is clear: to make money and maximize the wealth of their shareholders. This compels them to behave in ways such as showing callous disregard for the feelings of their customers, the incapacity to maintain human relationships, the reckless disregard for the safety of others, the incapacity to experience empathy.
Stay away from Founders. You will be treated much more like an actual human being at Navy Federal or Telco.
Took money out my account. Returned my payments made my bills late and still charged me a return fee. founders credit Union I give 1 star and bad review. There are better credit unions that offer better privileges. Im changing banks
Very bad experience when apply for loan online. Representative is extremely unprofessional. First give you oral pre-approval ( refuse to give official pre-approval letter) with 1.99% apr and retreat it one week later with a much higher rate. Never concern your benefit. Stay farrrrrrrrrrrrrrr away from founders!!
I love founders, they have always helped me when I needed them and were completely honest with me. They are never denied me any loans or anything that I have needed and have helped me consolidate things. I will recommend them to anyone over going to any National Bank.
