Food absolutely amazing and wait staff was excellent.

If you're just wanting the view, it's a great venue. Best time to experience the ambience is happy hour when you can sit down and enjoy the venue.

Ok, so this was one of the top clubs on our tour. I wrote a partial review about it because we visited the Mandalay Bay Hotel and casino resort. This was the club located inside. Very beautiful ladies, great bar service and the music was live. You should definitely check this place out during your next visit.

Kinda hare not to have a good time anywhere in Vegas.

The best view of the Vegas strip from 64th floor. We've been there at night. Authentic atmosphere, good music and a very friendly personal, especially security guard Alex who takes amazing pictures. Thank you Alex for your job! We appreciate you! It was nice to meet you!

Gorgeous view on the deck overlooking the Vegas Strip. Club vibe with dancers, live DJ, and large bar. Bottle service and tables are available.

Came here for a friends birthday. Got VIP treatment and bottle service. It was so fun!!! These gals came out dancing with sparklers. The staff was very nice and attentive. We will definitely be back!!!!

It is very crowded. But the view from the small balcony is amazing! I was able to take a lot of great pictures!

Service here was fantastic from the moment you enter the front desk on the ground floor 2 the bartender's, everyone at the foundation room is top notch in their game. Just like the views overlooking the city are second to none so is the service and food. The menu might be simple but the drinks are just right. Food has healthy portions to share and everything tasted fantastic. Liquor lockers are available for members as well as private VIP Suites. The lounge on the deck has one of the most famous and amazing views of the strip. The entertainment rotates nightly so catch any of the local band members in the lounge. This place is intimate cozy and chic. This is a must do for anyone that wants to experience a true Vegas evening. Find a show and book your tickets.

The venue is beautiful but the people they employ is horrendous. My friends and I went to casual drink before we hit the strip. We were greeted by a promoter named Max Windle and that's where the night went dark. He offered us a table. He kept coming over and over I could tell something was not right with him. I stopped my friends from drinking more because he was getting to close to one of them and asking her to come back to his place. My friend started to feel uncomfortable, he was very pushy and aggressive. We left. Come to find out he used to be a promoter at Jewel Nightclub but got fired because he assaulted a girl. My friends and I were lucky. This place needs to do background checks on who they employ. Never going back. Please ladies if you decide to go here watch out for Max Windle.

Everything about The Foundation Room is exquisite. Truly a magic experience worthy of Vegas! Unfortunately my dinner was less than magical as the steak was drier than expected and overcooked, but the sides were wonderful!

Went with a fun bus tour, so got cheap drinks and free entry. But the bar area and outdoor balcony were tiny. Good view, but not much else to offer.

Absolutely amazing food served in a beautiful setting with fantastic views of the city. I had the special yellowtail bruchetta and the halibut. Both were delicious. I will definitely return and highly recommend.

What a cool space, hidden away from the bussle of the casino, high up above the strip, is this dark and mysterious club....

Very good food, very good service, pretty good view

With in 2 minutes of being there my friend sat on the ledge to take a selfie because of the beautiful view and instead of asking to not do that they decide just to kick him out. When started to ask questions they kicked me out too and 2 of my other friends. They kicked out 4 people instead of just educating us to not take selfies while leaning over the ledge. Not causing issue or anything this is a horrible club and worst the hotel management too. This club will definitely not last.

Definitely not the same place it used to be. Dirty, rude and low class patrons, bad drinks, uninterested bartenders. Will not return.

Very classy establishment and amazing view. It is unlucky though as the Kentucky wildcats had a very poor outing on Thursday.

It's a private club members only.But you can get a pass and visit the63rd. floor and get the best view of the strip. How cool is that!

Great view of Vegas and even a glimce of Ninja warrior from the balcony. The prices of drinks aren't terrible, compared to some of the other surrounding clubs.

beautiful views of the strip and the whole valley. Outstanding service provided, in an intimate and cozy atmosphere. Membership has its perks, like having your drink waiting at the bar just as you exit the elevator.

We were early for our reservations. 40 minutes later no one was concerned about our reservations. We were seeing a show and we still were not seated. Bottom line... we were going to spend over 150 a person for food and wine and they were not concerned.

Excellent cocktails. The food was very good as well. Service was top-notch. We dined here before seeing a show at the House of Blues. Would definitely return.

Some of the best views in Vegas. Staff is fantastic. Prices are to be expected. Maurice is the best in the business, ask for him if you are going.

I ended up here randomly after a promoter handed us passes with two free drinks when we were headed to Light. He told us that there was an awesome view so we decided to check it out.

I'm so glad we did. Foundation Room, located inside Mandalay, has one of the best rooftop views of the strip that I have seen. Even though it was super cold out, we stayed for awhile taking pictures. The outside area isn't that big so it was crowded with people taking pictures. But, bc it was also cold out, people didn't stay long.

The inside was packed and the music was pumping. It's got a really interesting Asian type ambiance on the inside. Although do find it really weird to see one of my Hindu gods displayed in a venue filled with drunk scantily clad people. As gorgeous as the statues are, they're out of place.

Definitely check this place out for the view. It's worth it

The best view of the Vegas strip by far. The food is great. Don't miss out on the Bread Pudding for dessert. I'm not a bread pudding lover, as a rule. But my husband is, so we decided to share an order. My husband hardly got any because I couldn't stop eating it! We just had drinks and dessert but the parties we were with had entrees and raved about them too. Atmosphere was great and so was the service and staff.

The female bartender At the Foundation Room was very rude Friday night. As a guest of this hotel I expected way better treatment and customer service. She had the nerve to get upset when I told her my drink tasted like sugar instead of alcohol. She called me to the other side of the bar by yelling at me and saying 'Come here, come over here and look At Me'. This was loud for people around to hear and make sure people knew She was in charge and made me feel unimportant as a customer. Drinks are way over priced to taste like sugar. Mandalay needs to kick them out and bring a better venue in. After complaining to the person I thought was in charge at the check in list in the lobby. He simply said oh ok. At no time did he apologize or did he offer to give me any compensation for my experience. Worse customer service.

Good music but there was an annoying smell like wet carpet. Not fun to smell that all night.

Friday night 11/3 I had a good time and was told to come back Sunday to celebrate my birthday. At 1st the music was wack and nobody was dancing, then my sister's went and requested songs so that everyone can dance. Everyone started having fun and enjoying themselves. Next then Ik as I'm dancing I get a tap on my shoulder and was told to turn it down. Like what!!!!!! Who says that to someone and especially in Vegas!!!!!! I mean it's not like I was dancing with a straight guy or men were surrounding me and throwing money!!!!!! We was just having fun!!!!!! Shout out to the bouncer Roy because he was a sweetheart to me both times!!!!! Unfortunately he wasn't there when I was told to turn it down. So yes this is why I'm giving the place a 1 star and I will not be returning!!!

Don't wear sweatpants they wont let you in and the people advertising the club dont tell you! And his response is there is too much money. How he know we didnt come to spend money? This is Vegas dummy! There was a group of us...

This place has good apps.... Short hair bartender was insanely rude.. Very small dancing area.. Most people show up drunk already and the ones that arnt are in their 60's. Great view tho

Great views. However, for a great experience this should offer some kind of live music (light jazz?) and more reasonably priced drinks. There are many other locations that provide better band for your buck.

Attended Comedy show "Henanigans." Several comedians, all very funny. The room was not very large but great sound.

The food was really tasty and everytime I've gone I've had great service. The views are one major reason this place is one of my favorite spots on the strip.

Such a great place to come and hang. We had a blast here. The service was top notch, the food was great and we had a view of the whole Vegas Strip from the balcony of the Foundation Room.

Breakfast!! Great breakfast cafe type in a chill atmosphere! ..They're open Monday too
