Foundation for a Just Society: Creating Solutions for Women, Girls, and LGBTQI People
Poverty. Climate change. Access to justice. Healthcare. Land rights. Migration. These are just some of the issues that affect the lives of women, girls, and LGBTQI people around the world. And while these problems may seem insurmountable, there are those who are working tirelessly to create solutions that can make a real difference in people's lives.
One such organization is the Foundation for a Just Society (FJS). Founded in 2011 by American philanthropist and activist Jennifer Buffett, FJS is dedicated to supporting innovative solutions that empower women, girls, and LGBTQI people around the world.
At its core, FJS believes that those most affected by social injustices are also best equipped to create lasting change in their communities.
