The staff are least interested in selling their products. I went to buy a hybrid watch and they were not interested in selling their products. Instead, they were busy talking to each other. The most important thing which the customer expects when they visit any BRAND STORE (FOSSIL) is a welcoming staff and who would also help the customer in selecting their watch. The "Fossil" as a Brand do make great products. But its the staff who are spoiling the "Brand Name". So I was forced to leave the Store.

I would also like to make a Note to all Customers visiting this store.
" If the Staff assumes that you're not going to buy their Products, then they will Ignore you."

So you might be a potential customer who might buy a lot of products but the Staff will surely bring down the sales of this Store. So I would like to recommend customers not to visit this store.

I did buy a Fossil Hybrid watch at the End, But from Other watch store.

Great place for people who want to buy fossil watches. They have discount round the year. The staff really are great at explaining the specs and prices to the customers.

Cons - repeated models. It would be great to see new grant models hitting the stores.

One of the worst experiences I have had. To treat potential customers who came to your store as potential thieves! I heard they have a family & friend sale, reach there only to be told by the security & the guy at the counter that I need to wear a tag around my Apple Watch. I ask why? The response is due the security we have to tag very watch so that we know it is not stolen from the store!! Really? Will you tag everyones wallets and bags also? To make the experience even more pathetic they scan you at the exit & ask you to empty out pockets if the detector beeped!! If you can t handle big crowds then do crowd control! Don t treat everyone entering your store as a suspect!!! Does fossil USA do the same??

I got my watch serviced quickly however basic repairs like glass / strap replacement can take upto 30days which I think is unusual in these times. Th staff is good but I do feel a token like system will ensure first come first served is taken care of as you will have no idea what to ask whom and if there is a line.

Spare parts are very expensive. They are 40% of the overall price of the watch. I will have to wait 30 days to get my watch repaired

My favourite part about this store is that the entire store would be under some kind of discount throughout the year! You can walk-in anytime & expect some deals awaiting you. Happy shopping!
I visited the place twice for a window shopping & returned with purchasing 2 pairs both the time!
Absolutely worth it!

Its been over 40 days Since a brand new (1 day old) watch was given for a broken glass replacement. Still no sign of it coming back anytime soon.

Are you guys importing your parts from timbaktu?

Talk about a watch company that has no sense of time!
