Forwardline is very honest and helpful in helping our business. I could see where someone is made because they were not smart enough to read the contract they are signing, despite the sales rep telling them the whole truth. Highly recommend them over any MCA company!

If one knows anything about reviews, when one sees as many one star as five star and many if not most of the five star are by reviewers with only a couple of reviews, well, do the math. And why are there virtually no two, three or four star reviews? I was put on alert when I received a "pre--approved" platinum card never having been contacted by this company before. DANSTAFL..."Der ain't no such thing as a free lunch". I need to walk to my shredder now.

I will NEVER do business with this company, SCAM, BEWARE!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

I've had a profitable company for 16 years. Went LLC (from sole proprietorship) 2 years ago and was looking to establish credit for the company.

Probably due to the structure change, I was sent some junk mail from Forwardline, offering "up to $150k" and thought I'd take a loan and buy some new equipment for the company, since we just got approved on a $2m government contract and could use the influx of capital to get us started.

After two weeks of giving them a ridiculous amount of information - including a copy of my driver's license (weird because I was applying for the company - this is not a personal loan), three months' bank statements (which showed the company had more than $140k sitting in a liquid checking account), a business license from 2006 (the oldest I still had) in order to prove the company's age, and countless phone calls and emails... They offered $5k... Less than our average day's revenues.

...But that's not all - the repayment schedule was to be over just six months and would require making a payment to them EVERY WEEKDAY of about $60... With "fees" of something like $1k... Which is an effective interest rate of about 40%!!

Insane. Not even sure how they can do that legally.

What's worse is that when I talked to "Sammy" at Forwardline, his response was that this offer was somehow my fault... That my personal credit score of 635 was "weak." In case you don't know, 635 is considered "good," with scores under 620 as "fair." There is nothing "weak" about a 635... Sure, it's probably a B-, but to respond therefore with an effective interest rate of 40% is downright insulting.

Two months ago my company was approved for a mortgage on a new business office in the amount of over $600k. That's a 30-year mortgage at about 8%... Not the greatest, but not too bad... The offer was from one of the banks that we do business with... I just figured that I could get something a little smaller for equipment instead - we don't really need the big mortgage of a new office... We need equipment.

In the long run, I'll probably buy the new equipment just like I've bought new equipment in the past: Go work for it. Get the money, and buy the stuff. It's amazing how much negotiating power comes from having the cash anyway.

Forwardline? Y'all are a bunch of losers... What an insult to me and my company. Why's my personal score coming into play anyway?

No matter - rhetorical question. Thanks for demonstrating exactly why I haven't done business with you in the past.

...And you'd have not gotten this bad review if you'd have not sent me the junk mail in the first place... But you could have made up for it with a rational offer.

I wish I'd looked at your Google Reviews before wasting my time. 2.6 stars? Are you kidding me? And you tell ME that I have a "weak" credit score!? That's hilarious.

See ya. I'll keep y'all in mind when I tell my stories of how I built this company.

Look... You've got six reviews. That's it... Don't BS me. If you had thousands of clients, you'd have more reviews.

Also - you have a 2.3 out of 5 stars. Who are you kidding? We think you suck. I suppose that's my fault too?

I don't know how you get around the legalities of charging 40% on loans... Clearly you skirt the law by calling them "fees" and not "interest - but the bottom line is that a loan would have been over 40%. You're smokin' crack!

Don't lecture me about your "credit decision." You approved me. Only after the approval did you disclose the cost and repayment schedule, which is downright slimy. No, I'm not going to take a 40% loan due back to you in six months with a DAILY payment schedule.

What a bunch of sleazeballs.

Why would I "call you" and "discuss" anything? No thank you.

People: Beware the shiesters.

No follow up. Deadlines missed. Sounds like a scam. Sorry I ever answered the phone. I ll change my review if things improve. They claim 48 hrs. It s been be close to a week.

Forwardline is absolutely the number one solution for loans for your business. Jared Jackson does a great job in making the process move smoothly. Don t look anywhere else. Funding the next day. Best Choice!!

I appreciated ForwardLine's no hassle, easy and quick process for loan approval decision. Once my small business loan was approved, the funds were immediately deposited and available for use in my business account. The entire process took only a couple of days and was done all online, by phone and email. I encourage owners of small businesses looking to expand, but have a shortage of funds to do so to immediately contact ForwardLine!

After receiving at least 6 "pre approved' credit lines via mail "credit cards', I called to explore, against my better judgement...if it looks like bs it usually is bs! I merely wanted to ask the high strung used car salesman sounding phone room hustler if I could get some info on rates. Since my company was pre approved and all, shouldnt be that difficult to ascertain. Guess again. He wanted all kinds of personal info before even giving me any of their loan parameters. Seems like a boiler room operation for desperate high risk people, and from the reviews I've now read, not exactly the quality upright business lender I'd want to be in business with. Seems very shady. Be advised!

My experience with Forwardline has been great! The customer service is amazing! David has been one of the nicest persons ever there! Every time we have had a challenge with our processing they are always there for us! An addition they have helped us with 4 different loads! Love them all over at Forwardline!

This the second time, that I was looking for business loan, on 2019 I looked for it and ForwardLine save time to do it now on this year 2021 The Agent Nora Gonzalez helped to do it. She is very professional and patient!

Do not let them steal your hard earned money, they will try to make it seem like they aren't robbing you blind. Insane interest rates, this should be illegal. They don't care about you. They don't care about your business.

I have been with Forward Line for a while and was very impressed with Sean Barre as my agent and he made the process of obtaining more capital fairly easy he fought for me and he let me know everything that was needed and stayed calm with the all the questions and paperwork.

Would give no stars if it were an option. Bad business practice. Recieved their offer in the mail and thought maybe this could be good. Started to fill out the online confirmation and immediately received a called from a local number. I answered and it was Forwardline. But they weren't very forthcoming in telling me it was them. Strike 1. Strike 2 they spoofed a local number yet it was somebody from India on the phone. Strike 3 they called when I was given an option of calling them or doing it online. Luckily I had not entered my LLC info other than the name and had not entered my social security number. BEWARE this has all the signs of a scam.

I've dealt with Amon, he is courteous, attentive and goes out of his way to make sure all my needs are meant. He's a nice person and very knowledgeable with regards of Forwardline business

Been with them 10 years. First week of April I've been out of work due to the pandemic. Fowardline threatens me with a civil lawsuit
for not being able to pay back the loan. They have been taking from my account and putting me into negative balance. Everyone else in the world understands the problem but fowardline. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this company.

I received an email prompt to try Forward Line and I hesitated because it is usually a grind to get things going with all of the documentation and so on, but i dialed the number anyway and that is when I met Gene, who would become my trusted agent. In no time at all we shared a few bank statements and I had the cash I desperately needed within a day or two. It would have been overnight, but the time difference between us moved the loan into the next day. Not only did the amount match our needs, the repayment program was designed to fit MY needs, not theirs. The final conversation I had was with an amazingly calm and assuring Manager, Jared, who, along with Gene, have become my "Silent Partners" in business. They have literally saved my bacon and I will work with them until i am no longer in need. I know that they will have my back anytime that I need a little help with cashflow! Stamping "SECOND NOTICE" on an envelope filled with loanshark spam to get me to open it is a scummy marketing tactic, and tells me everything I need to know about how your business is ran.

Honestly, I didn't think they were on the up and up but after working with Scott at this company, he put my fears at rest. They have been great to work with and delivered as promised. So much better than Fastball Capital! I would definitely use Forwardline again!
