Not very good costomer service and complaints. Very one sided. Only listeneds to one side off the story. Not very profesional helping anyone with complaints. They dont listen to noise complaints. They say it exceptable. They think there the police.

My sons roof was leaking last November. It took until March for the job to be completed. Now its leaking again. The bedroom is ruined and he has been told it could take up to 90 days to sort out. They are now sleeping on the floor downstairs. There are buckets upstairs collecting the water and all the bedroom is wet. Disgusting way to treat tenants would they live Like this,?

Having reported a problem online 11 days ago and having no response, I called today and after a 15 minute wait was told I might have to wait up to five working days for someone to come out. The system is shockingly inadequate.

Worst landlords I've ever had.moved in with mice in the property and they said it was my problem, , threatened to report them to environmental health at which point they sent someone to deal with the problem. Turned out it was an ongoing problem before I moved in.Also my emersion is illegal and still not fixed andproblems with boiler too, been like this since living in the property. Also there was mold on the bathroom walls when I moved in.also getting raw sewage smells coming from toilet and everytime I flush it it makes a horrific noise! Not a problem getting the workedbooked in, more a problem getting people to come in and do their jobs properly and sort it out.

All talk no action dire customer service. Leaving disabled people and 2able bodied (4) in total weeks with no facility to wash is disgusting. Washing in a sink risking my daughter having seizures it's walk in shower got to get to waste pipe n fit new tray not coming till July 3already be over a month joke

I have just rung the new number to check which is the correct postal address for a letter to Fortis. Having said it was not for repairs but an enquiry, the man said OK and put the phone down. After living as a tenant in malvern for 18 yrs and having such good service from everyone I hope this is not now going to be the kind of rudeness when we phone.
Now, November 2020, have been promised 6 times by Fortis that housing officer will get in touch. Not happened. It now seems near impossible to speak to a housing officer. I have also written to Platform housing but no reply. Does anyone know how to get in touch with my housing officer as it is urgent and a long standing matter with her.

Easily the worst organisation i have ever had to deal with. Never had a good experience from the time of purchasing a property from them right through to selling it. They seem to have a chronic problem with employees who have an inability to communicate or work to any deadline. In 5 years i have never seen a maintenance team tend to an area which we pay a service charge to have maintained. It's a disgrace that such an organisation can get away with providing such poor service to the community it was invented to serve whilst making money off it.

So they should be the ones to take responsibility on whatever the work/maintenance. Disgraceful no wonder why the house are wrecked

'False Hope Fortis - 'A very 'Merry Dance' we had with Fortis Sales Team. My wife and I made an application for shared ownership property. Fortis advised that a decision would take a week from application. We Interacted with them about a number of their properties advertised as available, each time to be told that the properties we were interested in had been sold. After 31 days of this affair including us running around their various developments Fortis decided to tell us that our application was unsuccessful and the reason was based on information submitted with our INITIAL application.

Worst housing association to deal with!! You report an issue to them and they don't take it serious! Rather, they'd keep fobing you off! Absolute joke! So much for their vision "better homes better lives" utter nonsense! I wish there was a zero star option! Joke of a housing association!!!!!!!

AWFUL - profit before people and have no concern for their tenants. Word of advice photograph EVERYTHING when you move in and EVERYTHING when you move out and DO NOT sign anything on their hand held PCs-they will screw you over! Sos can't leave no stars!
