I went to this hospital for a knee injury. They did little to nothing to ease my pain or even take care of me. Tried to send me back to work after 2 days after explaining to them what happened, the pain I'm in, and the serious physical loads I do at work. If I had gone back when they originally wanted me to I wouldve been back in the hospital with a broken knee. Worst hospital ever to try and get you out the way. Need to be reevaluated or loose licensing altogether if all you think about is getting the person out and not really concerned with their well being. After telling them you can't walk on it now that's the worst experience I've had and I've seen some poorly abusive hospitals in my time. If I come to you I expect your best care and help. Y'all some BS doctors that must've cheated on tests to get where y'all at. I'm calling them out just like that

Ive been here since 8 still havent. Been seen. This hospital has really gone down. The staff is really rude. This use to be the best hospial. They all need to be replace. Customer service isnt being provided

Inconsistent billing practices. On two separate occasions the staff here has incorrectly submitted claims to my insurance leading to absurd medical bills. The most recent has lead to them submitting an account for collections in my name, which I have disputed and won. When I called to attempt to rectify this situation the staff was lethargic, seemingly incompetent and totally unwilling to discuss a possible resolution. Money hungry vultures who attempt to capitalize on the sick. I wouldn t take my worst enemy to this place.

Ft. Washington Hospital provided me with a awesome experience. I had a medical procedure done staff was friendly and courteous. From the beginning to the end this was my second experience there and it was the same way.

The worst hospital I've ever been to. The nurses and doctors do not listen to the patients at all. After explaining to my nurse I was dizzy and having hot flashes after just throwing up bile three times despite not having eaten in days I was told, "I don't know what to do for you." How about go get a doctor and figure out why I'm feeling this way? Knowing I just had a procedure and was getting pumped filled with medicine you would think the first thing she did was to make sure I wasn't having an adverse reaction. Even after realizing it's the medicine they were giving me, no one changed it in my chart. Instead the next morning they gave me the same medicine and tried to push on some More medicine used to treat acid reflux. Excuse me? The doctor was ordering medicine without even discussing with me what was going on. Nurses coming in to give me pills and inject me with stuff and put it in my iv and I had not been told about any of it. There's no discussion. Your input means nothing. Expect the majority of nurses to do the absolute minimum. I thought after the Adventists took over they would've been much better but this is the same broke down hospital it's always been. Do yourself a favor and travel for your care.

I wish there was some way to give this hospital a zero!!
Trust me, if you want quality medical service, drive the extra few minutes and go to another hospital. You would probably even get better service at a local clinic like Patients First. This hospital is in desperate need of new management in order to get a handle on the total lack of care and empathy that comes from the nursing staff.
If you research how much the upper management are paid in salaries, you would be amazed. It is a shamed that the amount of money this hospital is paying its upper management and they won't even weed out the bad apples that work their.
Also, if you do go there be prepared for the extra crazy billing prices and practices as well!!
Our community deserves so much more than this.

The worst medical center I ve ever been to. Sat in the waiting room for five hours before they seen my 14 year old daughter for a severe toothache.

I'm only giving this a 4 star because of the intake woman who insisted she needed to know my husbands race when he was not even present! She was unprofessional. I filled out all the intake forms and listed my husband as my emergency contact. After I was admitted to the actual ER room, she came with the form while I was in pain and could barely function and started asking about my work address. We're in the middle of a pandemic, in the ER for pain and she expected me to know my work address where I haven't been to in over a year. Not to mention it was a new job right before shut down! On top of that she wanted to know my husbands race and insisted and also wanted to know his work address. The only thing that should be relevant is his relationship with me and his phone number. Besides her the rest of the staff were a 5 star. I'm sorry she made the entire experience horrible. Also, the very first woman at the windows when you get the forms wasn't very friendly. Matter fact none of them were . And I mean friendly in a professional way. I've worked in the fieles for 10 years , it's amazing how people don't see their impact on others and the business they run. All in all I would go back for the attentiveness of the nurses and radiologist:)!

I m 11 weeks pregnant came in because of serve abdominal pain through Ambulance. Normally through the ambulance you stay in the back and get seen and triage back there ITS NO REASON I SHOULD SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM, not only that it s a 3 hour wait to even get in the back, let s not mention how long they take to even come in the room and see you!!!! The Doctors and nurses are sitting on there behinds and just watching, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL! AND THE AMBULANCE BRUNG ME HERE WITHOUT CONSENT OR EVEN MENTIONING THE WAIT!!!!

Very unprofessional, Dr. Lee is not friendly at all. Took 4hours to evaluate my son for chest pain, which I thought was priority if someone is experience chest pain. Totally unacceptable. Will not be visiting this place again. EVER.
