Mtn bike trails. Great local place near Bragg for well defined singletrack riding. Most trails are easier than other bike venues, so if your new to the game, great place to sort it out. If your experienced looking for a knarly challenge, look elsewhere. However, great place to loosen the legs after work and stay in shape for the adventures on the weekend. Porta John at parking area, however no water. Routes well marked and easy to stay on track. You can't get lost. Maintenance of trails is above average. All in all....Super place. Kudos to Ft Bragg and the Rec personnel.

Great low priced campsite, beautiful lake. as of April 25 2021 the lake is still damaged from the hurricane but they say it will be up and running by Memprial Day.

Once it is this place will be AMAZING, long floating dock, sand beach, some sort of rigging to tow skiers across the lake.... Its going to be great if they ever get it up and running.

Trails were decently marked once on it. Finding the trails in the first place, proved more difficult. First time visit and we were unsure as to where to go. In fact, another family stopped us for directions on our way out.

Not knowing where to go, meant not knowing where to park. So on our walk back to our car, we were briefed that dogs weren't allowed in the park area, only on the trails. If things were clearly marked, we could have avoided that situation. Also, some parts of the trail were flooded, so beware of that as well.

But the lake is low/empty since hurricane Matthew. No fishing. To camp here you have to have DOD or military ID. Trails are open to the public. Lovely picnic areas.

The workers here are very friendly and I always have a good time here. I m a beginner on mountain bike riding, it s a good place start.

Lots of nature, hiking and cycling trails... Several fishing holes and an adventure course. There were basketball and volleyball courts, kids playground and a beach area. Areas for barbecuing, camping (tents and RVs)... Lots of activities for everyone in the family!

Spent a lot of time mountain biking these trails before I moved out of Fayetteville. They aren't the steepest or longest trails, but they are really fun to ride !!!! There is riding for all levels, and some jumps, and other features as well.
