Before I knew what college I was going to attended, I enrolled here, and graduated with my Certification in Nursing Assisting. This is GREAT institution, although I m am writing this review 18 years later!

The faculty members and other staff have been nothing but nice. They are always having special events in which they give out free food or items. Not an expensive place and not a bad drive either. Parking at the main campus can be difficult at time but there are plenty of spaces, you may just have to walk a little bit. All and all a great place to get an education.
Forsyth Tech is a wonderful Community College. This year is my third semester here and I love it. The instructors are very helpful and they love their job. When I graduated from high school Forsyth Tech was the very last college I had thought about attending. Now that I am here, the only thing I regret is not coming here straight out of high school. The instructors wants their students to succeed inside and outside of the classroom, and suffice to say they will do all they can to make sure you succeed. The networking here is amazing, I am a work-study student and the people are so kind and genuine. If someone would have told me the amazing experience I am experiencing before I came, I would have came. It saves a lot of money, for the student and their parents. I encourage any and everyone who is deciding, or those that are undecided to give Forsyth Tech a chance, and they will adhere all of your needs in being successful.
Decent education but administration isn't great. Just expect that the website will go down every semester just before the start of the semester. It somehow always goes down just before the last day of refund for classes. IT department doesn't seem to exist 95% of the time, they might fix an issue a month after it started. They'd be better off not even having an IT department and just hiring a 3rd Party since their own staff can't fix the simplest of issues.
The new president, Janet Spriggs has been a breath of fresh air. It's a much more welcoming and student-centric environment than when I first started going here. The Digital Effects& Animation program is amazing and they improve on it every year. The new program coordinator, Adonna Flinchum is doing a fantastic job. FTCC also has a wonderful art program with very talented and dedicated instructors. Thanks to both of these Programs, I've been able to realize my dream to become a self-supporting artist.
