My Son passed away on Dec 29 2018 I have been trying to file a claim sence Jan 19 2019 not only do I not get a respond from them they will hang the phone up after 2 rings. Bad business.

Terrible.... As other reviews state, they will not call you back. I cannot comment regarding insurance issues but for retirement investments look elsewhere.

I understand that Forrest T. Jones & Company is now the administrator for Seniors United. I have called OVER 20 TIMES to make corrections to my father's life insurance plan. Every single time the call is disconnected! Do you realize how frustrating that is? How do you take over another company as administrator and DO NOT ADMINISTER ASSISTANCE?!?!?!?

My experience working with Forrest T Jones & Company can only be summed up as exceptional. I highly recommend them!

If you call the 800 number during business hours they are always pleasant and accommodating!!

If you have a question about your account, don't bother calling them. You will get an answering machine and they won't return your call.
