Customer service is awesome and the product performs amazingly!

Been using Forney products since 1990.. I have spent around $100,000 in welders and asscessories over the years and absolutely love your Brand! I Bought a 110 Volt Forney inverter welder in 2006 and used it to craft folk art... Making items such as horseshoes,animals,ramps and other misc things.. Up to 201O my inverter welder finally gave out after 4 years of using it continuously...I am retired now and I wanna say I really have enjoyed using this machine along with all of your machines and accessories over the years.. I think Forney represents itself with great products and a passion to carry on the art of welding.. It s enjoyable to see the inverter welder work 4 1/2 minutes out of 7 without going into thermo overload or duty cycle.. I am glad to see you put these in production again.. Keep up the the good work!

I bought a forney easy weld 140 fi off of Amazon. The one I received was a lemon. But like all things built sometimes you get a lemon. Good thing it wasn't a 80k truck. So I called forney instead of going threw Amazon. The tech team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They sent me out a new one. In 2 days it was delivered. Also they threw in a 10lb spool of wire for my troubles. I hooked up the new machine and it welded like a dream. Time will only tell if it's actually a good machine. But so far I'm very pleased with it. And the customer service. Man if only other businesses would do the same this planet would be better off.

Fred M was able to mail me a missing handle within a couple of hours of my first email to the company. He even made sure to send me the correct fasteners.

Beware- I went to Forney's for the garage sale they were having. I showed up and was there for 15 minutes, I did find some good deals until I came to find out that someone had stolen all of my welding gear out of my personal vehicle. If you do go to their garage sales watch your vehicle! Their location is in a bad part of Fort Collins.
