I have been waiting for months for the outcome of an SAR application, income support? After a year I don't need it anymore. Keep these 700 euros in your Fund, maybe by hiring a tropical parrot you can deal with the paperwork faster.

bad ... I am at stake with a practice for months now ... every time I request assistance on the site I am given a different answer ... before 120 days were needed ... after 120 I was told that in reality they needed it 150 then that in reality they needed 180 then that in reality they needed 210 sincerely feeling taken for a ride I decided to contact their customer service that customer service is not at all ... the rudeness in person I wonder if they check the received call records because I think that those who work there are not suited to welcoming those who call for information.

11 months from sending the file and still nothing....

11 months from sending the file and still nothing. I received a call on 20/02/2020 to confirm the data so everything seemed ok by now but, apparently another 15 days have passed. and it is still being evaluated.
The times never tell you what they will be or even presumed.
What should have been a little help in a time of difficulty is proving the classic Italian joke.
Well done, I'll update when the nightmare ends.

Good morning,

Since last year I have applied as an interim fund for passive policies for income support, but to date no news.
At this time of great economic difficulty, all workers need it. It is not possible that after 7 months there will be no answer. It is shameful, rude operators who answer the phone and hang up without answering, sour and rude. If this is your way of working with the public, change jobs because as a human you show that you have nothing when you answer that phone.
I hope that among you there is someone competent who can give some answers, as well as hang up that phone.
