They state that that Forever Clean Cleanings start at $44 for 2 hrs, yet they sent me a NON English speaking cleaner which I could NOT easily communicate with and charged me $35/ hr, and that was their SUPPOSEDLY more than 50% off... rate their own website states is "STANDARD RATE for housecleaners is $52/hr and the FOREVER RATE=$22/hr" Thats called FALSE ADVERTISING!!!?!? This company is a complete joke! No housecleaner on earth charges more than $70/hour t hat speaks ZERO eng, so how is it that Homeglow can charge $35/hr for cleaning and GUARANTEE that i am saving more than 50%, when in fact they are OVERCHARGING me, as their own website states the following: Homeglow 6 hours cleaning is $150, which is covered by a voucher for $79. Cleanings are guaranteed at more than 50% off Standard rate is $52/hr FOREVER Rate is $22/hr Rate. I was charged $35/hr, which was NOT more than 50% OFF, as guaranteed. I asked for a copy of the signed agreement whereby I agreed to a 6 month membership paying $49/mo and a cacellation penaly of $263. I dont recall agreeing to THAT in writing?!? I paid $79 and $49 for the first cleaning. Your membership scam is bait and switch and I did not understand I was signing up for a 6 mo membership whereby I would have to pay $49/mo, PLUS a commission totaling $15 PER cleaning AND a rate of $35/hr to a NON english speaking cleaner, which all comes down to having a housecleaner for a whopping $49/hr, which is MUCH more than the going rate for the Marin area! What a SCAM. STAY AWAY from Homeglow and Forever clean----they state $22/hr cleanings, but then charge you $35/hr, and with all their added fees and monthly membership dues, you will actually be spending $49/hr, which is MUCH more than you have spent on a non english speaking housecleaner in your life! Buyer beware--- NOT HONEST, open wallet, their website LIES, and then they will charge you a $263 fee to get OUT of their SCAM!! Rip OFF artist. -Janna
