After trying multiple manufacturing systems, I finally came across Foresight and I couldn't be happier. The software is intuitive, user-friendly, and has all the features we need. Paid them to prewire
a home for surround sound and paid to have electrical outlets installed in a closet where they said they would house the sound equipment. When house was finished, the wiring was in the great room, not the closet and in order to hook up the equipment in the closet, I would need to spend more money to have more wires run back to the closet. They did not do the work they were originally paid to do and when I talked to the sales rep, he was dismissive and not willing to make it right unless I spent more money. Would not recommend this company because they don t back up their work and do not do what they are paid for. Heard from some Fulton home owners that they had paid this company to do prewiring on new homes and that the work was not done correctly. Very disappointing and a waste of money.
The people not in management are fun to work with as well as the people in the clean room. The people in management, especially HR are very unprofessional and do not behave like managers but very unprofessional, disorganized and under qualified for the job. The HR manager is definitely under qualified and does not have any credentials to be performing the role efficiently and professionally. She walks anyone into her office to gossip about confidential information about the current and former employees. A lot of mistakes regarding payroll and benefits are made by the HR manager as again, she is not qualified and hardly knows what she is doing. When no one in production likes or trusts the HR manager, and a lot of people leave because of how unprofessional she is, you gotta wonder if that is even a role she should be performing. Upper management should definitely consider that HR is a huge part on how a company is perceived and as far as the people I ve worked with goes, the company as a whole looks very unprofessional and disorganized, have to be told several different times to fix problems that as the HR manager she is in charge of doing, instead of blaming it on the many assistants she s had over the little time she s been at the company. Foresight is walking a very thin line close to a major lawsuit with all the employee privacy laws HR management violates.
