I wish that they could have fixed the fillable request form for authentication. It gave me a hard time a couple of years ago, and this time it is same--I could not open it even after I did everything as instructed; I believe many others experienced the same problem. I feel making our life (people need their authentication service) easier is supposed to be their responsibility.
The authentication office is quick; however, the parking is a mess and the building itself is a labyrinth. You park in either P1/P2/P3, but you have to go to T to pay for parking - and it isnt directly accesible, only to go back down to be able to leave the parking lot... its a mess.
Great customer service at the reception desk. They have 5 buildings and you may have to go around and about. If you want something certified by foreign affairs then you should go to the pyramid building as per the photo.
