Forde Recruitment Review

I worked for forde for about 4 years on and off,I can honestly say out of all the agency's I worked for this agency was the best. If you really want a bad experience go and work for Talstaff where it's always the drivers fault not there's, don't believe me try it!!. . Hope all the team are Ok.

I joined Forde in January this year as I was looking for a change. I have had no problems with late payments and I have had worked every week since. I have now been taken on full time with the company I was working for threw Forde. I have only dealt with Jamie who I have found to always be cheerful . I would recommend Forde 10/10

A quality agency that reacts quickly, is flexible and professional. In the two years I was with Forde I did not experience any issues or negativity.
The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I worked for the same client so contact with Forde was rare outside of submitting time sheets. Welfare checks would have been welcomed. Otherwise first class with prompt and accurate payments.

I recently applied for a transport manager position on a job website via Forde Recruitment. The service I received was excellent. I was updated daily by Georgia who was very professional and went the extra mile to ensure I had the support I needed.
Some agencies have a bad reputation for lack of communication and a general sense that they don t care about potential employees.
Forde do not operate that way. They genuinely care and are focused on bringing employers and employees together.
I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

I have worked with Forde for over a year and in my experience I have found the company professional in its approach in contacting me and offering work. When I have had to contact staff namely, Carly, Georgia and Mia (and the rest of the team) they have always been friendly and professional even when times are very busy. A good company to work for.

I have been a Temp driver for Forde since Nov 2018 ... there have been times when work dried up but Carly, Georgina, Rachel and Claire & Richard have been great ... always.

Was with this agency years ago left after getting another job better paid better working hours etc. Been and reregistered with them this week was told to email CV sent it 4 times and when i said it was the last time i was sending it they magically recieved it. Then to be messed around for the whole of this week then decided to say not going to offer any work. Hahaha well your loss not mine. Josh a right arrogant git looks down on ya. Just remember agenciea tour need us with out us you would not be in business.

I worked for Forde Recruitment for over a year.During that period every one of my communications to the office be it e-mail, phone was dealt with promptly, professionally and wages always paid on time- I could not ask for more. All the office staff are on the ball every time and am sure this is a reflection of the quality of the true leadership at the top. Great driver agency.found me work straight away every day i wanted to work.paid on time and correct hours.only left because i found a full time position would recommend to any drivers looking for work.

I'm "working" with them since april.
They promised jobs mostly part time.
In the beginning I got 2-3 days a week.
Now they started recruiting new ppl even though there isn't enough job for existing drivers.
Now I'm doing 1-2 day a month!!!
Yesterday I got an email from them saying they are recruiting more drivers so they get ready for busy time?! We don't have jobs!!! Why do u need more ppl when u can even give jobs for existing people.
If you are bored and want to drive nice cars 1nc in a while this is a job 4 u. Otherwise just don't bother as u won't get jobs for weeks...

Last year is a year to remember for me after being may redundant I decided to go to a Agency (Forde Recruitment) I was unsure about this at first due to the myths around agency work but I could't be happier that I took that major step. The work I choose to do I had done in the pass but joining the agency broaden my horizon I went from warehousing to dispatch from dispatch to mail sorting and then to parcel sorting all different companies, Kate my agency manager guided and reassured me as to what was expected and gave me lots of confidence she is a great listener and always happy to get a extra shift for me if possible, well as of next week I start my shift as a full time employee to those who might need to hear this, keep on keeping on! It will happen.

The firm of uneducated and unprofessionals. Don't really know how and when to communicate. Mind you have to give your details each and every time you call as they don't keep your contact details to contact you if they need. I gave them 1 star rating unfortunately there was no option for 0 star.

Casual Driver a fantastic Agency with dedicated staff in the office who work with pride. A great job meeting the team leader in the morning for jobs and going out trying new cars everyday and seeing new Citys.

Fantastic for retired , Part time business Entrepenaurs, anyone in or out of a job or just need a career break.

The job has a very simple recruitment process, so if you need a job quickly to help with the
household bills highly recommended.

Unfortunately it is a zero hour contract job if your looking for stability and permanent hours. I would not bother, hence the negative reviews on the website for no work.

They try to average the hours for everyone every week and the majority of the time there is work and some weeks more then others or vice verse.

However this can not be guaranteed as it depends on the workload coming from there Clients and when end of lease contracts end.

A great company to work for. The job has given me the freedom to build my own online business whilst sitting in the back of the inspectors car lol

I've been with Forde recruitment for over a few months and I have been so happy with the service from them all. They go the extra mile to help u find work even if its something that you've not specified they always inform you if it will help in anyway. Condescending office workers that don't understand people who have owned their own business for many years but are looking to
change career paths. They didn't read my CV properly and made assumptions about my work without asking, wouldn't recommend them at all.

Excellent company. Tim Nixon was the gentleman dealing with my job application, and from start to finish he was great. Really helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. Tim kept me up to date with the progress of my application, gave thorough details regarding an interview, with directions to the location which really helped! After the interview I contacted Tim to inform him of how the interview went, and a few hours later he called me back to say I had been offered the job! Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

I have been with Forde since November 2017 and they have provided me with regular well paid work. Julian and Paul always stay in contact and have always kept there word. I have never had a late payment or a problem that was not sorted asap by the staff. I have worked with 4 different agencies and Forde leave them standing. Julian has found me full time work locally within a week of passing my class 1. Thanks for all of your help guys it is well appreciated. I would recommend Forde to anybody.

Friendly staff but unfortunately that's the only positive I can draw from my experience with this agency.

I have been booked to work on 3 occasions & have not worked once.

The 1st & 2nd occasions were cancelled the day before I was supposed to attend. On the 3rd attempt I had written confirmation from Forde of my start time & point of contact. I arrived at work only to be told they hadn't booked anybody & that I should contact whoever claimed to of made the booking.

I wouldn't recommend this agency to anybody who is genuinely seeking work.

It's a great agency to work at! The staff on site I was working at and Kate (from Forde Recruitment) were friendly, supportive, always responsive and are fun to work with. The team environment was fantastic and helped me a lot with overcoming some struggles.

Working is also very flexible. Can be day or night shifts depending on your preferences and availability. Communication with agency was also decent. All the given information was clear and all my questions were answered in a consice manner.

Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

My experience working with Forde has been excellent, I have found the organisation to be extremely professional and efficient due to their members of staff.

Great staff that you can tell actually really do care. Always really friendly to me on the phone make time to call me back if I m unsure of anything. Quick and easy online induction which takes literally 10 mins to do. Read a few bad reviews moaning about cancelling and the fact they give you work?! Don t understand some people you need to see things from the other side sometimes!! Would highly recommend!!

Been on Forde's books since April this year.
I'm enjoying the work (delivering cars for Manheim, whose inspectors and drivers have been a pleasure to work with). I've found Forde's automotive team polite and professional when offering work and all staff pleasant and helpful when ringing in with problems or queries.

Excellent company to work for,started 8 months ago straight into 4 on 4 off shifts in dispatch for big food company. Payroll dept always pay correctly and are very prompt with with queries. I'm off sick at moment and they have dealt with sick pay in a quick and efficient way.Look forward to getting back to work with Forde
