Really disappointed with the box we had delivered ...
Really disappointed with the box we had delivered during the lockdown period. The website claims the produce to be restaurant quality but some of our items were rotten or damaged and some of the meat was missing. When I queried this they said they had new non-configurable boxes however I placed my order well before these were released, haven t heard back from them since and haven t received any type of refund. Won t be using this service again and have gone back to using hello fresh. The only good thing about this service was the speedy delivery and the fact we could add milk and bread to the order. I m not usually one to give a bad review but again, I m really disappointed with foodbox.co.nz
