I use this workshop because I am very happy with the reception when I arrive and deliver my car. They are always nice and service.And serving while waiting for the car.

Went on a motorcycle ride near Ski, visited the Volkswagen workshop and got a great service. They fixed my car in between the other assignments they had on that day.
Contact me several times to get status on my car which has been in repair for 10 days .. Will be transferred to another department and here they will not take the phone. Returned to the switchboard and there they say they should call me. It is not going to happen. Not very solution oriented. Don't know yet how the status is on the car or when it's ready. Draft box 1.

Here it was the customer in focus. They really did not have time nor the portions that might have. But I guess I left the car completely repaired after 6 hours. Great service!
The Audi department has a strong focus on ensuring that customers receive good service. Pleasant people on both customer service and sales that make you welcome. Good knowledge at all levels of what they do. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good customer experience.
My mom bought a car there, was told there was gps in the car, but it wasn't. They also sold the car as 2017 model, but it is registered in 2016.

Unfortunately, some prerequisites are required before you can put the car in a workshop. If you say the word "service" at all, the recipients of the customer rub in their hands ..! Too bad and shame when the brand does not deliver quality work !!

Super good service! The company fully understood that we were in trouble and needed to be able to drive back to our home in Denmark. The car was diagnosed and repaired in 4 hours on a Friday during vacation time!
