I have been a patron for a couple years. We usually go during wings Wednesdays. Great selection, excellent service, and friendly staff. HD tvs galore, great for sports night out. Truly regrettable that people have had terrible experiences here, but so far so good.

Shocked at the ridiculously poor experience. Called several weeks in advance for a large group of nearly 40 and were told they were looking forward to seeing us.
Drink service was one and done as we were not asked to replenish water or drinks in the over 2 hours it took to complete our visit.
Hair in a burger and when questioned to see manager we were told he was too busy.
Some in our party never received their food and left disappointed.
Bills never came even 30 minutes after asking for them. When we went to front to get bills and pay we were asked what we had.
The automatic gratuity of 18% was at this point an additional insult as not a single party had ANY service worth additional charges let alone 18%
Throughout we tried to be patient and courteous knowing such large groups take coordination and time yet there seemed to be absolutely no concern from the staff at the requests for food, drinks and bills essentially being ignored.
Hope this was just a perfect storm of bad luck for us and this isn't the norm.

Food was very tasty, large portions. Atmosphere was nice, quiet area closer to the door, louder in the main area with all the TV's.

Great food and service! Dont have this restaurant in Ontario in which this chain should be all over Canada.

Yummy food and drinks! Wish they wouldn't use so many straws and unnecessary garbage. Other than that, delicious sliders, fresh fruit, great Caesar! Family friendly!

Let me just preface by saying that I was starving out of my mind when we visited. I had very little expectation, as for most pubs I visit. Decor is pretty standard, but they had so many TV's! It was literally 360 all around.

I split a The Fogg burger with my husband. Again, I was starving. But that was in my Top 5 Burger of my life. The meat was so succulent, and all the fixings worked together beautifully. Now I wish I had the whole thing to myself.

Used to enjoy coming here for the wings but won't be returning. Salad was bad and not fresh. Definitely not worth the price. Server was nice but didn't make up for the food.

The food was sooo good!! The fries are my favorite. The service was quick and friendly! Will definitely be going back for seconds

Standard hotel restaurant decor, but the food was great. We got the fish tacos and the curry prawns. Both were delicious. We tried Wayne Gretzky's wine for the first time. Wife liked it. Service was great.

Nice place, decent atmosphere and good staff/food. A tad pricey though but I guess that's what you get for being in a hotel.

Closed from 11am to 4pm. So if you are staying at the attached Holiday Inn you can't get a drink before 4pm!

Great food and drinks. Pricing for food is a bit above average pub price. Parking in the area is difficult. Waitress was attentive and polite. Great service.

Worst prime rib meal EVER! Way overpriced sent it back the first time for being over done and even the second time it was tough and poorly cooked. They don t seem to care in the kitchen. The rest of my meal was transferred from the first plate and returned only warm. Including the overpriced prawn side I had ordered. I d be shocked if that poor piece of prime rib was 6 ounces let alone 10. Server was ok. Very poor for the money.

the food here is really tasty! if you get a glass you also get a large glass with your drink of your choice. and refilling is free! only too much ice, otherwise your drink will be so tasteless

Terrible service. I arrived in the middle of what appeared to be an extremely slow night. Despite this it was several minutes before I even had a drink. When my meal was finished (food was alright) It was probably fifteen minutes before I was approached about a bill and another fifteen before I actually had a bill to pay.

All said and done I must have waited on my server forty minutes.

The only reason I would ever go back would be for the massive beer list.

The food was good and service was quick. The fajitas were a bit spicy for my own taste, but they had a lot of flavour. Everything tasted fresh, and the half order of nachos was massive! The only downside was the lights in the ceiling were flickering in half of the dining area which was a bit annoying. However, when I asked about it they allowed us to move to another table without hesitation.

The food was extremely tasty and well presented. The menu was typical north american with a few added twists.

Really good food reasonably priced service is where they lost their fifth star. I ate there 3 times and my glass of water was empty for close to 5 minutes. Would drinking out of my wife's glass. If you drink water make sure you ask for 2 glasses. They must make the mistake about people that drink water are poor tippers. And that my be the case. Great service I tip up to 50% poor service i tip 15 to 18% .

A must go in Richmond. Food is great, service is very good I had the garlic herb wings did not cheap out on the seasoning and the ultimate ceasar was a thumbs up. Not a big salad person but this one is good. Hubby had the Cajun wings and beer battered fries with chicken burger.

Its ok. Adjoining the hotel holiday Inn. They also provide the room service.
Very pricey for what it is though. If you need a meal in a pinch and don't mind the extra price you'll probably be ok. Food is nothing near the top. Very simple, probably because the limited small kitchen. They also sell beer, wine and serve drinks with liquor.

Service was kind of slow even though the place was empty. Food was decent, they have a pretty good menu with lots of choices and specials.

Great place for a casual company dinner! Carl, the GM, met with me the day prior to address my concerns about dietary restrictions and seating. He was so welcoming and accommodating!!! I left feeling we would be taken care of and they didn't disappoint! We were all very pleased not only with the food but also the super friendly and attentive staff. Our guest of honor was also served with a gluten/dairy free dessert on the house :) what a nice way of concluding a nice after-work get together.

We booked the patio for a farewell dinner. Good service and great food and atmosphere.

Service and food was excellent . Much better atmosphere ( brought back some TV's - appreciate . Sometimes during Time you sit down and enjoy the food. Is nice to get caught up on daily news.) Keep going what you are doing .

Great service especially by Hana (both of them), Laura and Shani. Would recommend you visit just for their great customer service skills.

Came here a week ago and it was a nice place to grab a drink. Parking is a bit tricky but is free! We had the $5 special margaritas and they were enjoyable, the calamari was perfectly cooked. Our server was nice, polite and attentive (sorry didn't get his name but was a guy) the sticky toffy pudding was super good too

Happy or "Appy" hour is for the unemployed 2-5pm? Really? $7-8 pints of beer +5% GST & 10% BC drink in licenced establishment tax is highway robbery.

Good beers on tap and the food is decent, but the decor is rather drab.

Went here on a random night and they were busy but was able to be seated immediately. The food were good and service was fast.

Was there on Friday afternoon with my son for beers and nachos. We ordered the nachos, $15 plus an additional $4 beef. The nachos came not in a heap with layers like they usually do but literally one layer. You picked up one nacho and there was the parchment paper underneath. There was so few nacho chips that you could count how many there were. Pretty poor, will not be going here anymore. It used to be a great place to get nachos but Fogg N Suds are getting skimpy on portions.

Food was good. Good serving siEs. Friendly staff. The only main down side was the Greek salad that came with the roast lamb was not very authentic. Bad olives.

Good place overall. Service 5 Stars, food 4 stars. The fish and chips I had were decent, nothing unusual. The location is what brings the place down a bit
