I have been a licensed architect since 1989. I recently emailed Focal Point with a technical question concerning a fixture application which they responded to. When I replied to the email with a follow up question my email was rejected by a spam detector.
That was a first for me and I consider that rather amazing behavior for a company. Obviously they do not need or want the business of my firm with currently 12,500 employees world wide.
Most of the time there is a lot of work they do not rest you, they have very large parking for 20 minutes. They do not deduct lunch from you, they pay you your 8 hrs. Complete, the bad thing about here is that punctuality and attendance count a lot for you, they do not care if you preceed your medical receipt they put a point and at 3 points you go out, if you do not want a point they tell you to take a personal day the worst is when There is an emergency and you don't have personal days.
And if I could I would not give them a star, the truth is they do not serve as a company, if customers knew what happens behind the doors in the assembly, they would not even buy from them, but this is all businesses, they only show their great luxuries, I I was going to recommend this job to them but after what they did to me, I do not recommend that they go to work there, they are slave traders, the truth is that even in our own race there are such mistreatments and they still ask people with residence, how ridiculous.
