Last Sunday we went at noon to buy a nintendo switch. We were attended by a kid with a ponytail who informed us everything very clearly, and even gave us some advice on the fnac card for discounts (which we also made that day and thanks to that, the purchase was cheaper).

Wide variety of music, books, video games, technology and design gifts (printed bowls and t-shirts, posters, figurines of collection of famous people, etc.) I recommend it 100%.

The products are more expensive than in any other establishment. And on top of that the customer service is bad. When I called to ask for a product they told me that within a week it would come but whenever I called again to see if they had it they told me that in another week they would have it. Never arrived.

Okay, they have tons of books, reasonable prices on some things, others not so much, and they offer a money-back guarantee, unlike the house of the book, for example (another sale that they lose, by the way).

How negative, to say that they charge the bag separately! Ok, it's 10cts, but I find it miserable, especially in a place where you will often go to buy expensive things and / or gifts.

I also find the gift wrap that they offer, free of charge, this time unfortunate (curious, at least). I think it's recycled paper, very eco and such, but it gives a little festive look. I'm still evaluating whether to throw it away and wrap it at home with a nice paper (also very eco XD) so that it goes as the canons mandate. At least the "paperwork" served the purpose of bringing the item reasonably safe home, as if it were a bag :-)
