Quite reprehensible that the toilets / services are CLOSED in the midst of a global pandemic recrudescence. Does this mean that due to "hygiene" a client cannot access drinking water and soap to wash their hands correctly? Hydroalcoholic solutions of questionable quality will never be a substitute for soap and water. More than for "security" it seems more like a saving of means. Very bad.
