Been after them for weeks and weeks with the promises that they will come fix it and they never show. Having to constantly call managers there to get any issues resolved, false promises of returning calls and lots of no-shows to complete unfinished work from the install.
Worst place to pick up for Dry Van if is piece 52 long.
Takes forever.
They have turned around their service. Theresa is excellent to deal with in the service department.

Can't get a hold of anyone. I've left multiple messages with the general voice mail and no call back. Shipping voice mail is full so you can't leave a message. Customer service is non existent. Shipment came in with no packing list. I guess if they ever want to get paid they'll contact me eventually.
If I could honestly give this company a 0 point Star, I most defiantly would. This company is by far the WORST of the WORST company I have ever worked for in my entire life of living. I don't know how it was working in other parts of the factory, but god forbid i wish i was able to go to at least another part. I haven't been bullied or harassed ever in my life since i started working at this unprofessional company. The people here are so miserable that they come to work everyday and talk about the next BAD. When you go and tell, HR sits and act like their gonna take everything into consideration, but they don't. Yet, u may get fired. Like they did me. I got fired for being harassed. And, there's nothing that u can do about it because Arkansas has that stupid At Will law, and this company takes advantage of it proudly. But, its a blessing for me. I gotten a good job the next day, and i just wanna say THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. NO Leadership, it's unprofessional, unorganized, and they don't no how to talk to people let alone treat people. I would't claim this job on my resume'. Sorry not Sorry. ;)
