Flying Stone Canada Ltd. Review

This is the most unscrupulous, money grabbing landlord. He has implemented so many tricks to steal money from tenants. To mention a couple, he wants to be paid to do a walk through with you for his inspections, otherwise you do it on your own, which allows him to rip to off on your damage deposit. He will not fix a single problem and only cares about filling his pockets. There are so many decent landlords in town. Just save yourself a headache. I m inclined to think he wrote all of those positive comments himself. Before renting with him, perhaps do some research and enter his name in google first.

I have been a tenant with Flying Stone Canada for almost three years now. Their very professional, helpful and have dealt with any issues that we have had promptly and professionally. They have also been very understanding in the hard times through this pandemic. I would recommend anyone to rent through Flying Stone Canada!

About a month ago, I was looking for an apartment to move in. Then a friend suggested that I should contact Flying Stone which I did. They were so professional, worked with me through all the steps and I ended getting a perfect house of my choice.

I have been working as a subcontractor with Flying Stone Canada for a couple years now. I see how much work they put in to making there units clean, modern and beautiful. All the units I have seen have been renovated with new flooring,paint and appliances and they had a new condo feel to them. I have also seen them after the tenants leave. They have stressed the importance that I clean the units to a high standard as close to new as possible. They are really easy to work with and have treated me very well I have never had any bad experiences with the company not even when I have to give them bad news about a tenant leaving the unit in a mess. If I was ever going to rent again I would definitely consider one of there properties but they are really good to work with I recommend them.

Tom and his team were excellent to deal with and the tenants he dealt with appreciated his timeliness and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch group to look after your property and interests for you.

As a interconnected community, Culfidant community is willing to take extra step to help when people need. I like what they do and appreciate they have good heart at the right place.

If you're considering signing a lease with this landlord, don't. They are incredibly disorganised and unreliable. They sent me my move-out checklist 10 minutes after the time I was supposed to be moved out, and that is only one of many issues that I had with this landlord.
